Good experience and good driving

We have been with CPS for 14 years and are happy with the service we receive. We still have to keep a watching eye on what they do for us to make sure we achieve the correct outcome but overall their service is good and the staff are always willing to resolve and deal with any issues.

All the staff members were friendly and so helpful in explaining the process and answering all of our questions. Alice showed us around the houses in Cathays and she really helped explaining how the rent would work and when we could move in to the house. The process was very quick and we have a really nice house!

Hannah was very helpful guiding us through the stress-inducing journey that is house hunting for 2nd year.
Twas a late Tuesday evening and the rain was just relentless, I and my fellow companions piled into the agency wondering where the evening will take us. Alas, our saviour, Hannah (great slickback by the way) was able to answer all our questions and provide us with a perfect 6-person house, minutes away from
the Woody and Misfits, what a score.
We'd all like to apologise to Hannah because our group was very hectic and probably the last thing she needed before she clocked out. Hannah, I owe you my first born. Youre a real one.

Rhys Owen is friendly and knowledgeable about the local market. More importantly CPS rented out our properties with two weeks.
