At the fort shopping centre the yonge lady at the till was very kind and helpful so sorry dont know her name but excellent service from her sorted out my cancelation with a delivery online that i never received and helped me get the item that i was awaiting so well done to her

Went to collect my order at jd Salford
They couldn’t find my order
Couldn’t explain where it was or what has happened
They apparently called customer service with no avail I then called customer services with the number provided by the store! Called and then the automated services said there is no room /space( can’t remember specific word used) in the queue or it’s reached its maximum and then the call was ended. I then explained to the staff what happened and got not one iota of customer service nor satisfaction to the point I’m now having to call customer service again at home whilst writing this review. I ordered a jacket on the 8th of August , I received no text notification but then on the 13th of August just an email saying my order is in store
I tried to get it and cannot be found,
It hasn’t been 14days until tomorrow and lack of communication from jd has now made me leave without my order and without my money. I have spent over £200 in the month of August alone and this is the service given.
