Terrible service
Terrible service. It took 7 days to receive a parcel that I'd paid 48 hour delivery on. It was badly packaged with the shoe box being damaged on arrival. JD customer service were beyond useless. They didn't respond to emails and when I phoned up I was promised a refund on my postage, that I had to chase up.
In response to the automated JD reply. No, I don't want to chase you to discuss my experience. If you cared, you'd chase me.

Customer service shocking
I ordered trainers for next day collection took 5 days, then when I collected them they were wrong shoes, complete different brand and size to what I ordered. I had to chase for a refund I WILL never purchase online from JD again.
Customer service was a joke

Great delivery
Great delivery. Kept up to date with emails. Only thing is if something goes out of stock and your buying something else as well obviously it won't let you put the order through. Even if it's showing as in stock. So that needs massive improvement. Otherwise great.

I only have two moans….
I only have two moans….
1. I used my whole lunch break waiting for my parcel to be found out the back & it was finally found it the wrong name.
2. They took £10 off the shoes the day after I ordered! 🤪
Apart from that happy with trainers & delivery was quick! :)
