Went to collect my order at jd Salford
They couldn’t find my order
Couldn’t explain where it was or what has happened
They apparently called customer service with no avail I then called customer services with the number provided by the store! Called and then the automated services said there is no room /space( can’t remember specific word used) in the queue or it’s reached its maximum and then the call was ended. I then explained to the staff what happened and got not one iota of customer service nor satisfaction to the point I’m now having to call customer service again at home whilst writing this review. I ordered a jacket on the 8th of August , I received no text notification but then on the 13th of August just an email saying my order is in store
I tried to get it and cannot be found,
It hasn’t been 14days until tomorrow and lack of communication from jd has now made me leave without my order and without my money. I have spent over £200 in the month of August alone and this is the service given.

Awful customer service
despite numerous transactions over time with zero issues, the one time I do have an issue no-one is willing to help.
I ordered two items to be collected in the Fosse Park store. One being a Under Armour set and another a navy coloured Stanley cup. Despite having a collection email, on the day of collection no-one in store could find the Stanley. We waited for an hour with no luck. These things happen obviously, however the manager and staff stated I would automatically receive a refund after 14 days at it would be classed as a non-collection. As a gesture of goodwill, the manager let me buy another Stanley (a green one) in store with 20% discount.
However, despite numerous emails explaining the situation JD are now saying I did collect the item so now I will have to look at a charge back from the bank.
Awful customer service, I will avoid where possible in the future and just buy from the brands direct.
