The website is so easy to navigate, everything is clear. The discounts are brilliant and the clothing is well made and look stylish. If required, returns are easy either by post even better just take them back to your local JD Sport shop.

I ordered online and my delivery was 3 days later over it's delivery date, then I had loads of messing around with royal mail trying to actually get my parcel off them as well.

They did not tell me my order was ready…
They did not tell me my order was ready so it has been sitting in the shop also I tried to ring edge Lane store for few days with no answer then someone putting phone down on me which found absolutely awful

I wish I could review I made a order, which says delivered I was working 12 hours checked theirs a picture left on my door step I live in busy build up area, I’ve left a note to say don’t leave parcels on my door step as have number off things stolen and lost lots of money, note has clearly been ignored I’ve done a contact form no response I have emailed no response I’ve called was told someone would email within 7 days still nothing still waiting I’ve had to go in store when off work pay for the items myself as needed them I only ordered online as get NHS discount and it was 20% off so ended up paying full price and still no other items that I’ve ordered or refund

JD Sports SORT YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE OUT
I ordered online from jd sports and it didn’t give me an option to use dpd it was evri and Royal Mail and my tracksuits came but I got them in 3 different deliveries one of me tracksuit turn up but me others came separate and it was just waiting about for 5 days lost so much time disappointed in it. I prefer Denis from dpd he rang when he was nearly at me address so I wouldn’t order again from jd if the delivery’s option doesn’t use dpd
