Took out this card specifically to take…
Took out this card specifically to take advantage of the 0% balance transfer offer. When I went to complete the transfer, I discovered they don’t accept balance transfers from my current credit card provider. This information wasn’t clear beforehand, and because I’d already applied for this card, I’m now unable to get another 0% balance transfer card elsewhere due to the recent credit application.
As a result, I’m in a worse financial position than before. I tried to contact customer service for help, but could only speak to a chatbot, with no option to speak to a human adviser until Monday. This has been a very frustrating experience.

In one word Jaja Credit Card can be described as easy
Great credit card company. You may not have heard of Jaja but their application process is easy to navigate through it. The app is really good, in my opinion it is easy to use, easy to find out your spending and easy to make payments via your bank. Payments are quickly applied to your account.

Card got used fraudulently basically…
Card got used fraudulently basically said it was my own fault, customer service non existent, they told me to wait till payments cleared before contacting them again instead of cancelling the payments then not refunding my account . Update jaja say I have to pay the money as they couldn’t find where my card had been compromised 8 transactions were online 1 in Italy within minutes of each other no notification saying my card had been used and I’ve never been to Italy and I can’t prove where someone got my details so it’s tough luck if you get fraud on your account it’s your fault so you have to pay. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointing
The process was easy and it's probably a good financial service but only if it works. When it doesn't, you're stuck. Customer service is practically non-existent.
