Only 4* as the guidance during signinv ip was incomplete. I intended to take advantage of the transfer to pay off another credit card.
The whole process to sign up etc was well ofganised and was 5* service….
Unfortunately the transfer could not be set up as thd card issuer was not on supported list anx this was not shown during the signing up process.
Afterall now i am “stuck” with a good card👍👍👍

could be much better
A good product but watch out for their handling of your financial data.
They did multiple data entries in my name on one day which has caused a negative impact on my credit file.
I logged a formal complaint with Date Submitted: 24/4/26 which they state they never had, I then did it again 27/5/26 & they have still provided no response at all.
