In December 2024, they took $500 from an Australian Charity as downpayment for a mobile app, however they provided nothing in return. Ignored requests to refund.
Hopefully they will be boycotted by all Australians for stealing from a Charity.

Paid for mobile app - received nothing and no replies to my emails. They have no conscience if they think that stealing from a Charity is acceptable.
Australia be aware, do not engage this firm.

Paid for SEO and no one will return my calls.

Never got my website or a refund. The requirement was for a simple transfer of my shopify website to a word press website. Same design same content. After many months of shotty and slack work and communications, I finally got some incomplete excuse for a website. I pulled the plug and asked for a refund for the work I never received. They obviously refused.

Lousy service. We have a 24-hours emergency service contract with AGS Tech; they turned up 15-days later despite making four individual requests for service on four separate days. This organisation is nonchalant. They absolute couldn't give a hoot about customer service or the lousy reviews dissatisfied customers are likely to leave. Read the reviews ex-employees have written on GlassDoor website!

They refuse to take no for an answer and continue to call. Not only do they call, but then they call and hang up. Very unprofessional. Reported to AGs office and FCC.

The whole team at Ivan Infotech is excellent. If there are any issues that arise the team works to make sure they are fixed

This company helped me setup a Wordpress website for my tour business. Communication has been excellent due to the wonderful Jyoti. Avik my account manager delivered ‘as promised’ and on time even though I believe he was unwell for a part of the time. Great job! Very happy customer. Of course none of this would have occurred if not for the excellent rapport building skills of the front-man Nitin, this man built enough trust for me to proceed with assigning this task to a previously unknown, to me, company. A skilful salesperson!😊

I wanted my site to come on the first 2 pages of Google and just by working with them for 3 months, my site did come under the required SERP. I am satisfied with their work and I will recommend them for their digital marketing services which they are really good at.

I was looking for a professional and experienced company that would help me revamp and refurbish my existing e-commerce site and make it advanced with Magento and add some latest features. After much research, i came across Ivan Infotech and had words. Talking with the team of developers and the one who attended me i was impressed and took it further. After 6 months, here am I stating how happy I am with the overall work with my e-commerce store.

This company is a scam. I have paid over $42,000USD to have two websites and two apps to promote my art business. After almost 2 years and 10 deadlines they have produced nothing in our contract. Websites they claim to have developed show some of them were never done by them. Speaking to management resulted in promise to deliver everything by Jan.26 which past the 11th deadline and nothing delivered. PayPal spoke to them to pass the project on to a more experienced company and they refused. I sent a new contract that failure to produce my products by January 26 would result in refund of my $42,000USD. They would not sign it but did promise to stand by their word the 26th deadline would be met. Management has now gone incognito and five days have past and no refund of money. Stay away from this company. Canadian office address is in a private residential area, no business office as they claim. Contract USA office was where I made contract but was sent to India main office to develop. Month after month they showed demo views of the on going project convincing me to upgrade and add in improving apps to bring in more money. Apple Store apps so far have refused to upload my app with over 70 areas of questions about their coding. Google Play uploaded my app and it could not be opened and then was taken down. I am exhausted with their continual lies and missed dealines. They don't know what they are doing but won't return my money. I have lost two years of income sworn these apps would produce. This company needs to be deregulated in Canada an USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand as they really have no offices there as the have one person assoctiate in each country and call it an office site.
