There are many capable developers available, this is not one I would recommend.
I strongly urge anyone considering DESUN Technology Pvt. Ltd. to think twice. My experience with this company has been a complete failure from start to finish, resulting in a significant financial loss and more than a year of wasted time.
We hired DESUN in December 2024 to build a comprehensive real estate platform, including a website, mobile applications, a CRM/CMS system, and multiple integrations. This was not a vague or open-ended engagement, it was a clearly defined project with specific milestones and a final delivery date of May 31, 2025.
Not a single one of those milestones was met.
Despite repeated assurances that the project was “almost complete,” nothing functional was ever delivered. Core features did not work, critical components were missing, and at no point was there a usable, deployed product. Even after paying tons of thousands of dollars, we were left with no live website, no working application, no CRM system, no files, nothing of any real business value.
What makes this especially concerning is the consistent pattern of behavior. DESUN repeatedly:
- Missed deadlines
- Claimed completion was imminent
- Requested additional time
- Failed to deliver again
Even after formal complaints, they continued to delay the project, offering revised timelines they never met. By their own admission, they acknowledged the project was only 50–60% complete, months after the original delivery deadline had already passed.
Communication ultimately stopped altogether. The last response we received was in February 2026, and it did not include any usable deliverable, only raw, unusable technical data. Shortly thereafter, our backend access was shut down entirely. Then they blocked us and completely went radio, silent.
To be clear, this was not a minor delay or a project that fell short of expectations. This was a complete failure to deliver anything of value, compounded by repeated misrepresentations regarding progress and timelines.
If you are considering working with DESUN, understand the risk: you may invest substantial time and money and receive nothing in return. Based on our experience, this company does not follow through on its commitments and does not operate in good faith.
There are many capable developers available, this is not one I would recommend.
