Extremely Disappointed – Support and Product Quality have plummeted
We were initially very satisfied — the chatbot was intuitive, easy for our clients to use, and genuinely saved us time. Unfortunately, a major interface change completely disrupted our user experience. Instead of the chatbot opening automatically with a welcoming message, users now have to manually “start a chat”, which led our daily users to drop from 40 to just 2 users in the span of two months.
We reached out to customer support multiple times — the only response we ever received was “we’ll get back to you”, with no follow-up whatsoever.
We’re actively looking for an alternative and, based on our recent experience, I cannot recommend this company.
