Ease of renewing good with early reminders and auto filling of personal details. So it works well for me. Price is important to me and it seems competitive- although I didn’t shop around this time.
I think the real test for insurance companies is when you have to use their services - that is when you make a claim. Hopefully I will never be in that situation with my car insurance as I have had some issues with my home insurance after an aggravated burglary. Regards

We are aware there has been an increase in the rates of Insurance within Ireland, unfortunately this is due to the claims to loss ratio and this in turn increases premiums for all our customers. We do regularly compare the insurance market and find we are in line with all other insurers and do aim to provide our customers with the most competitive quotation we can.
As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with a live chat advisor and not a robot, with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place from our Customer Care team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience.
Insurance quote valid for 1 week (expires on 02/08). Went to purchase it on 30/07 but the website was not working (car reg not recognised, recatcha not working).
Got onto chat to sort it out the next day, quote gone up by 500 euro, quote that expires on 02/08 is no longer valid (today being 31/07). Trying to say quote has gone up that much as car tax is expired- expires on 31/07 and has been renewed for 3 months until 31/10. Requested a phone call multiple times- ignored.
Have requested a supervisor to call me- “supervisors don’t talk to customers”
I am furious over this experience, this company are a bunch of liars! Avoid!!!!!!!
