Saved nearly €1600 on car insurance

Fast efficient and so lovely.
I spoke to two lovely people today, unfortunately I did not take down their names who were so helpful with adding an additional driver to my policy.
They were so helpful, only needed two calls as I didn’t have everything I needed, because I didn’t expect it to be so easy, would’ve been done and dusted on one call and less then 10 mins if I was more organised.

Worst company I've every dealt with
Worst company I've every dealt with. I've been unkowingly driving without insurance for 6 months because the payment didn't go through, even though I received the updated insurance disc in the mail. The police were the ones to tell me. Now I have to pay a 2 grand fine.
So for the past year I've been driving with a new policy. After I log in to the website, it says I have no active policy? What have I been paying the monthly charges for? An absolute joke.
And the customer service is a joke. I asked a very simple question about the "one-time code" needed to log in. They couldn't answer because of "security reasons". I was not looking for anything top secret.
I'll be going with someone else. They can't be any worse.
