As I said in my original review I completely understand that small, independent businesses have to work harder and sickness etc massively impacts their time

I bought a gorgeous dress from this company about a month ago so I would give myself enough time to receive it for the event I am going to

After two weeks of hearing nothing I emailed and didn't receive a reply, I emailed again and still nothing

Finally I contacted their insta and a lovely person tried to help me however I received messages promising the dress would be shipped on various days but I still did not receive a despatch notice

I finally received a message today informing me their staff were sick this week which I completely understand but I was TOLD the dress was already made

It's hard to watch a company at festivals all week on social media whilst the item I paid £220 for still hasn't been made

I love helping and buying from independent slow fashion companies but this does it make it incredibly difficult to do so

I have contacted by email, text and DM to the point where I actually feel bad for bothering the company

People are paying a lot of money for beautiful clothes so the communication needs to be better

I won't be buying from Isolated Heroes again as holy crap trying to get my dress has been insanely stressful

As I said the person I spoke to on insta was lovely but the entire experience was not worth it and I haven't even gotten my dress yet!

I wasn’t sure if I would get the dress I ordered in time for a Harry Styles concert. So I messaged them on the off chance they might be able to. They made sure it was posted out and I received it the next day!

I got so many compliments on it and at one point someone even told me it was their favourite outfit of the night.

Will definitely be ordering again!

My dress shipped very quickly, which I was pleasantly surprised of as these are handmade products. The dress was even more beautiful and sparkly in person. It was very flowy and fit me comfortably. I appreciate that Isolated Heroes caters to plus sizes and has ethically made designs that are not too pricy. For how well-made and creative/unique each design is, I feel the prices are very fair given the labor put in to each one. I expect to get good use out of my dress and wear it to events for years to come. Thank you for all that you do!

Love Isolated Heroes approach to slow fashion and sustainability. My Midnight Carnival dress will be one I go to year after year and I know I will feel fantastic each time I wear it. This dress is so comfortable to wear I’m so excited for my next purchase. My daughter and I recently took part in the Luxury Sequin Crossbody bag workshop which was so much fun. Having this timeless piece to take home was amazing and using offcuts made it a completely one off - thank you to the whole team for your hard work in these challenging times

The team made sure I got a showstopping dress for my Eras Tour show with plenty of time to spare, and I cannot tell you how much I LOVE what they suggested based on their in-stock inventory!!! I haven’t had a dress be THAT complimented in a longggg time. Now, I’ve been searching for another reason to buy something from Isolate Heroes again!! And the fact that IH is size inclusive is the cherry on top!

Ordered a dress for my daughter over a month ago . Sent 2 emails to enquire when delivery would be and no reply to either email . Spent over £250 for the dress ., so would really like to know when my daughter will received her birthday present from me . Could not find any telephone numbers to chase up my order .. jackie

I have bought a few beautiful dresses from this company and they are always the best quality and the customer service is also great.

Still haven’t received my order. Contacted them after a month of waiting to be told it would be sent that week. Still not sent and no reply to emails.

Everything I ordered is beautiful, communication was great. Really happy.

Dress is absolutely stunning and arrived very quickly

My daughter is really interested in fashion design and is eager to learn to sew. This workshop was perfectly pitched to give her a taste of that as well as teaching her the basics on the sewing machine. She loved seeing the studio and all the girls were so great and patient with her. Thanks!

I mean... the clothes speak for themselves! But was also well informed about the delivery of the item and it came in time. Also five stars coz I got so many compliments on it

Really easy ordering, took a little longer than anticipated for order to be ready for pick up. However, as I had ordered the items in plenty of time as a birthday present the extra time it took to have them made did not matter.

My jacket is absolutely beautiful. So sparkly. Thank you Cerrys for my jacket.

We booked an Isolated Hero’s children’s clothing workshop for my daughter’s birthday and she absolutely loved it! Sam was so great with the kids, really patient and encouraging and made everyone feel so at ease. Lovely little touches like a little chocolate on each of their sewing machines and such an amazing selection of fabrics to choose from too. I’d highly recommend this experience for any little fashionistas or creative minds!

An absolute dream! Isolated Heroes is hands down my favourite place to come for show-stopping outfits. I have around 6 dresses from them now in various styles. They’ve gone above and beyond for me every time. I find great comfort in being able to email back and forth with the designers and being able to make some adjustments and to know they’re happy to help in anyway. All of their creations are stunning and I get compliments constantly (especially in their sequin outfits). 1000% recommend!

Wouldn’t recommend ordering if you are in the US. It costs just as much to return as the product. The dress has no lining and is incredibly uncomfortable. Super disappointed. For the price, I was hoping that it would be more comfortable. I expect the arms to be a little itchy with the sequins, but without a lining, I just needed it off my body
