My car was meant to be collected at 4:30 am from Gatwick North, but the driver arrived late, which resulted in me having to pay £16 in parking charges. I had followed instructions and called 30 minutes before arrival, with call logs to support this.
On return, I contacted the same number as advised, only to be told there was no record of my booking or payment, despite reading out the confirmation details. I was then told my car would not be released unless I made an additional payment. I was effectively forced to transfer £45 to a personal bank account before my car was returned.
Once I got the vehicle back, I found that items were missing, including coins kept for parking.
The conduct of staff was unacceptable. Communication was poor, and the interaction was rude and unprofessional.
This experience raises serious concerns about reliability and trust. I will be reporting this matter and strongly advise others to avoid.

We were amongst numerous people waiting over an hour past the agreed meet time, with no one to collect the cars. They lie over the phone saying "someone is on the way".
On our return, another 45min to 1 hour delay at 2am in the morning.
Rudest dispatch person on the phone I have ever experienced. They do not care about your car or you experience.
Writing to Gatwick to ask them to have their licence removed. Sadly only seeing now over 170 reviews and every one is the lowest score possible.
Oh, and don't forget the £16 in short stay parking fees they make you pay on top of the original Mert and Greet fee.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst experience ever, the most unprofessional organisation run by a bunch of clueless fools. They made me wait ages to pick up my car and kept passing me from idiot to idiot. My car was scratched when I picked it up. They also stole my iPhone charging cable which is funny cos they leave a disclaimer telling you they aren’t liable for it which they’re basically saying we’re gonna steal it if you leave it in there. Sent so many emails to complain and no one got back to me. Bunch of clowns, never use them. They should get shut down.

If you care about your car do not use this company. Rude and unprofessional. They treated my 2026 plate Volvo XC90 like garbage. Firstly nearly made me miss my flight because they had me waiting at the drop of location for 45 minutes and then on return they also made me wait for around an hour. And because they made me wait in the car park for so long after telling me 10 minutes again again i had then returned to the airport to sit down. Finally when the driver had arrived with my car after an hour he did not even bother waiting 5 minutes for me arrive and instead left my key on the tyre of my car. Shortly after, i realised they used all my petrol, made my car filthy and then when i called the manager, he swore, after i asked him why is my car so dirty to which he replied “im not a f****ng car wash”.

They kept us waiting a long time when I arrived for someone to come collect the car, even though when I repeatedly rang them they said the guy was just arriving.
This was lies. Also charged us more for short term parking than advertised.
Then coming back I had to wait over an hour and guy on customer service was rude and hung up on me.

They left me with no petrol and a flat tyre. Police are not interested. They are scammers. The place where they keep the car is a disused junkyard. To top it off, I also got parking ticket when they were using my car to drop people off at the airport and didnt pay for parking while I was away. Do not use them!!!!! they are also connected to many other companies compare airport parking, also parking 4 you, I love parking standard and most airports across the UK!!!!!

I called after again half a dozen attempts to make contact only to be told it would be an hours wait. Told to meet where we dropped off
We waited at the usual venue then had a phone all telling us to go to a different level. Which we did and waited again. After about 15 mins I found my car. It was unlocked no employee to be seen no key. But then another phone all saying that the driver had to leave and the key was on the front drivers side wheel. Yes it was
I had to pull out my car for the passenger to get in as it was so close to the car parked on the passengers side. Thought nothing of it. It was dark and late 11.30pm we wanted to get home
In the morning we went to unload the car and saw it. Damage to the passenger side.
No wonder it was parked so close to the next car. No wonder the employee driver had to leave the car. No wonder we were told to go elsewhere so we didn’t see y car arriving

Unfortunately I had to give a star but really they should have none. Please please avoid at all costs! We had a late night flight home and when I called to collect my car the abuse i received was on another level. I have never been spoken to the way the advisor spoke to me. He called ma a racist without even knowing who I am! Disgusting service. Will never use again. If you book early enough, use actual gatwick car parks. If booked well in advance, payments are reasonable

Horrendous experience. The guy who answers the 'hotline' barks like we owe him our lives. Honesty got misrepresented that this was an airport meet and greet. Horrendous experience which led us to booking hotel to stay overnight to collect our car as we were travelling with a child. All things above i hope the guy who keeps shouting at people who are trying to collect the car should go to prison! Horrible madness!!!

They are extremely unprofessional, they don’t listen when you call them, you have to repeat yourself many times before they can actually get your reg number. When the guy came to collect our car he claimed that we needed to give him £10 cash for the parking ticket, and that it was specified in the email, which it wasn’t. As I never have cash on me, I went to pay it by myself to discover that the cost is actually £8, so they try to steal £2 every time!
When we collected the car on our way back the car was there but the guy nowhere to be seen and he had left the keys on top of one of the tyres, so much for meet & greet service!

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.
Despite contacting the company 30 minutes before arrival, I still had to wait a further 25 minutes for the driver to turn up. I was also overcharged for the exit ticket compared to what should have been paid.
On my return, I followed their stated procedure and called as soon as I landed. The phone rang unanswered repeatedly. When someone finally picked up, the man I spoke to was extremely rude and aggressive, questioning why I had called so many times rather than apologising for the lack of response.
When I arrived at the car park, I was told the car was there but had to search for it myself. The car was locked, unattended, and there was no driver. After calling again, I was told the driver had left and had placed the keys under the wheel arch.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. The staff were unprofessional and rude, and leaving a customer’s car unattended with the keys hidden externally is a serious security concern.
I will not be using this company again and would strongly advise others to think carefully before doing so.

Absolutely horrific 'company' if you can call them that. I am pretty sure it is a complete scam. No communication what so ever through email or any phone numbers found anywhere.
We are £560 out of pocket and can not get hold of anyone to fix a problem that they caused!

Company should be forced to close. Appalling. Meet and greet...more like Call and Wait for an hour and a half. Emails suggest wait time on return is 25-35 minutes. I originally called once bags collected and was told 45 minutes. I thought ok, not too much more. Hour and a half later whilst waiting on level 5 of car park 6 i was called to say the driver wants to meet me at the Premier Inn.
Walked to the Premiet Inn, driver not there.
The whole point of the meet and greet was to avoid all of the above especially as I have Multiple Sclerosis and didnt want the hassle of getting back my car after travelling back from Africa.
Called again, bloke on the phone said the driver must of been lying as he said he was there and called him all the names under the sun.
Driver eventually turns up and parks car in a lay by which clearly stated 'no stopping' and 'no loading'. If I get a fine for the pleasure I will refuse to pay and pass on the details of this company who can cover the costs.
Finally leave for home and after waiting around for an hour and 45 mins. My 9 year old daughter freezing cold by this point. Driver, Mohammed, couldnt give a monkeys. I questioned the fact he wasn't meant to stop where he stopped, driver replied that id have to pay the fine if I get one.
As a result of the delay I was caught in rush hour traffic on the M25. Finally getting back to my home in Reading at 6pm.
Furthermore, there was another family waiting for their car to be returned with similar story.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague. Truly awful experience.

If you want to start your holiday with massive anguish that you'll miss your flight waiting for your call to be answered or car to be collected, then look no further than iPark Gatwick! I read the ComparetheParking reviews and was satisfied, another angry customer waiting for collection said they are owned by the same company. I had worse when we returned and I rang to say I was ready for my car. The guy said he had 30 people in front of me so I'd have to wait and I should have called earlier, which I had but no answer, he said it was only him on and a backlog which I told him was not my problem and he should manage the workload better. What ensued was an outrageous argument with him telling me he didn't care and use another provider next time and that I'm racist, despite not being able to see me or I him. It was disgraceful and upsetting and my daughter was crying. Another customer waited 2.5 hours for her car. I had to pay another £8 on exit that was not in the deal and the security barrier woman told me they had a rating of 1.1 on Trustpilot. Always check Trustpilot people! Never again.

We used this Meet & Greet parking service at Gatwick and had to wait nearly 2 hours for our car to be returned. During this entire time, we kept calling the provided number and were repeatedly told that the driver was “on the way”, “almost there”, or “arriving shortly”. None of this was true.
We were clearly being misled over and over again.
According to the information provided, the car should be delivered within approximately 30 minutes. We gave them far more than enough time and made multiple calls, yet no accurate updates were given.
After a long journey, this kind of service is incredibly frustrating and stressful. The lack of honesty and professionalism is shocking.
Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

This outfit are a sham. I dropped my car off at LGWS on a Monday, to collect on Friday. The dropping off was not good in itself - 50 mins after I arrived in the car park.
Upon return, they claimed not to be able to find my keys. At this point I went online and only too late became aware of the copious number of previous issues with these con artists. I went to the car park, quickly found my car with the key left on the driver side wheel! They had simply parked the car again just a few hours after I had left on the Monday. I was left with a ticket for £300+ to get out of the car park. They sent a couple of their men to try to persuade me that they should drive the car down to the entrance. I said 'no chance', and essentially they ran away. So sad that people like this feel the need to take advantage of others.
