Booking an activity though the site is…very difficult and confusing to redeem vouchers
Booking an activity though the site is very difficult and confusing, it asks for payment on a card and there is no clear way to redeem vouchers for an activity. I have a voucher that was bought for me last year and I have had to pay more for the activity so I presume it's gone up in price, but this is not stated so I can only guess which means I now have two vouchers. I have requested a call from the company through the web site but this has not happened yet. So I called the help line and Rachel was great she was very helpful and explained how to do the bookings and gave me the contacts and sorted out the two vouchers into one reference number. Thank you Rachel your a star.
