Internet Fusion Group 

Bought slacks on e-bay from "Internet Fusion" in US, with a US return address. But returns must be sent to UK. This diversion to a foreign address is clearly a means to discourage returns. $70 slacks returned at a $26 charge for international shipping. Not good. AVOID foreign companies who will scam you on the rebound! FYI -- e-bay now has zero customer service. Cannot speak to a human being; only links to pages of FYI documents. Again, not good. Be careful!

I ordered from surfdome only after paying i notice its Internet Fusion Ltd
I payed for fast priority delivery
10 days had passed never recieve the item .
Seller does not respond to my e mails.
I bought the item at Amazon half the price.
Do yourself a favour avoid surfdome avoid internet fusion group ....buy from honest/ relayable sellers
P.S. only after i contacted paypal
And after a month has passed the company told me the item was lost and i recieved refund ....tha all experience was bad

Good choice of items, good postage, free returns for unwanted items. BUT one item needed to be returned under warranty (it was a black skirt with pale cork buttons, but when washed, the colour of the skirt dyed the buttons, they look like they have been put on back to front as the back of the buttons look fine, the front was the porous material).

Notified them within a week of having received the item that this was the case and told to wait two working days so they could let me know how to return it. It has now been 10 days since I sent the request, and have chased but haven't heard from them at all. I'm unable to return the faulty item. I guess I'll have to take the buttons off and sew them back on the other way myself.... not what I expect from a £50 skirt!

You only really know how good a company is when you have to return something faulty. On this occasion Surfdome have ignored all my communication.

EDIT: After the reply to my review, somebody reached out from Surfdome. I had already submitted my request online and had an auto reply saying I'd be contacted so not sure why the response to my review said no record. I had also chased by email. I have now sent pictures of the faulty item and tried to call (gave up in the end due to the excessive queue time). I am still waiting on the issue to be sorted.

Was a day late, and ****** off that the Post Office recorded on their ‘Missed Delivery Notification Card’ they apparently posted it through my letter box WHEN I WAS AT HOME WAITING FOR THE SHOES. Total liars!!!
Think a different delivery system wouldn’t go amiss, or give P.O a kick up the bum!
