Placed an order which wasn’t received by my daughter. On contacting Interflora I was given a refund which, on one hand, was a positive. However, I expected there to be more of a pro active approach to re send the flowers which I would have preferred rather than a refund given the flowers were for our daughter. On complaining and stating the above, I was told that there is nothing else they can do as I had accepted the refund which I wasn’t given a choice on. Wish I had gone to an independent florist where I would have probably received a better service and resolution to my complaint.

I went on to the Interflora site to order flowers for a lady and the site re directed me to FLORIST London site.
I did not know why but this has happened on many occasions when I click on Interflora I am always redicted to another florist company.
The order was placed on Florist London and I signed up for the same day delivery. I saw my order seemed to be sending the flowers to me !!! so I wrote to the company at 11.52am asking them to make sure that the flowers were delivered to the correct address on the Order form I filled in. I also paid £16 for same delivery.
Then at 6.11pm !! I receive an email from a Tatiana, saying they will redirect my flowers to my lady friends address and it will be delivered tomorrow. !!!
What kind of company is Interflora connected to when such poor comms and terrible service is the order of the day ? And why is it that whenever I click on Interflora a completely different flower company pops up ?
I tried to give a zero trust pilot review to Florist London but they dont appear to be on any Trust Pilot website. Not surprised given how shabby they are !
Interflora you better get back your brand from this company otherwise your reputation will be damaged.
I go to Interflora and the premium brand name but is all and sundry are hijacking those who click on interflora your tech team needs to look into this and sort it out.

It was last and it did get delivered however o got a message saying they can’t do it in the 3 hr service that I selected
I couldn't get the exact delivery date because I left it too late - my bad! - but they more than made up for it with great communication and Mum was delighted to have a bonus mothers' day with beautiful, bright flowers.
The flowers were really lovely & the person delivering them was friendly.
Very pleased with the service.

Number One For Flowers Interfloara.
I have used interflora to send flowers abroad and have been very pleased with the bouquets. This time it was a UK delivery and I the flowers were not as good as I expected, so unsure if I will use within the UK again.
I paid £75 for flowers that looked like a £15 bunch have bought better at supermarket this was a pick me up for my daughter who wasn't feeling to well at the time the only photo I have has got my daughter on it which isn't appropriate as I said she wasn't feeling well

After just 2-3 days, the flowers wiltered, stems broken. Day 4 most had died and shrivelled up. At a cost of £125, you would expect that they would last longer..they were out of direct sunlight, and vased straight with food, after delivery. 1st time I've been disappointed with Interflora Flowers.

I ordered the striking orchid (3 orchids hand planted in one pot), end of April. I have been too angry to review earlier. It arrived with two orchids not looking their best and as for hand planted, 3 orchid pots had just been placed in a larger one not planted at all. As it was a birthday present, I embassingly handed it over for my friend to plant the orchids herself and try to revive the two worst ones. In hind site I should have apologised to her and sent them back. Definitely not worth £70.00
