Never Received Order on 22 May 2026

We never received thew flowers on Friday 22 May 2026. I paid for them and never received these into the office. Tried to contact Interflora not got anywhere. I have used Interflora a lot and I wish someone to contact me.

I gave this a star because it seems impossible to give 0 stars.

What is the point of giving a date for delivery if they can't meet it.

Then to compound this failure by sending an email to say it's been delivered when it patently hasn't is disgraceful service

Ordered a birthday bouquet

Ordered a birthday bouquet. Nothing like the website photo and very amateurish. Complained, told nothing could be done. Eventually got a discount but very disappointed with quality for friends birthday. Customer service average at best. Very defensive that all bouquets are bespoke and website is merely a guide. Good to know as go elsewhere !

Opted out of marketing and still…

Opted out of marketing and still receiving marketing. Every company is down customers necks about reviews it’s exhausting. Won’t be using them again.
