Beautiful flowers, fast delivery

I ordered next day delivery and was pleased that it was delivered not too late in the day. The flowers were beautiful and the recipient loved them. I was sent a picture of the delivery which was great

A great service

The site was easy to use; the flowers arrived on time and were apparently a lovely surprise for my sister’s 80th birthday. She told me the bouquet was a mixture of lovely flowers in a wonderful colour combination and she was thrilled with it. I’ll definitely use Interflora again as sending parcels to the States is fraught with difficulties.

Ordered flowers for my anniversary

Ordered flowers for my anniversary. Today is Sunday – the day they were supposed to arrive. Instead of flowers, I got a notification from DPD saying my parcel will not arrive until Tuesday.

Two days late. For an anniversary.

Here is the ridiculous part: Interflora used DPD to deliver flowers all the way from Bolton to Glasgow. Flowers are perishable. Why are they being shipped across the country by courier instead of being made locally by a Glasgow florist? That is just stupid.

I complained immediately and requested a full refund, quoting their own terms and conditions. Clause 5.1.4 states:

"If delivery is not possible, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund."

And clause 1.5 states:

*"Reimburse your payment in full no later than 7 days after the intended delivery/collection date."*

Despite this, I have yet to receive any response from Interflora. And I have not received my compensation or my money back.

So Interflora has:
- Missed my anniversary delivery by two days
- Used an inappropriate courier service across the country for perishable flowers
- Ignored my refund request
-Kept my money

If you need flowers for an important date, do not trust Interflora. They will outsource delivery, ship flowers from miles away, miss the day that matters, and then ignore you.

Disappointed

The flowers nice however they were to be pastel pink, there was a strong colour of purple in the display, also as i did not say who they were from, i requested to have this added in, i recieved an email saying the request was accepted, this was a week before delivery. Upon delivery this information had not been added, my neice did not know who they were from, she phoned me 2 days later. A little 😥

Flowers were beautiful and my daughter said she couldn’t have chosen a better bouquet herself and they smell amazing. We have seen photos of them and they are perfect and over a week later, they were still blooming. Thank you
