Confusing
Booked on line, cannot remember name. He was very thorough and patient although I found it hard to understand due to his accent. I found the Whiz air line very difficult to use and the email documents from Luxury Escapes instructions unclear. In all a headache!

Thank you for your feedback, Maureen, whilst it’s never nice to receive negative comments its important to be open and receptive to our customers thoughts and personal experiences. We have listened to the booking call between yourself and the agent and whilst I agree as an overseas agent he does speak with an accent, he was extremely clear, concise and patient, as one of our most experienced sales agents he has excellent spoken skills, but we do apologise if you found it hard to understand his directions. Please note we are always here to help, even after travel so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us should you have any questions or need any help with checking in etc the team are always on hand to help you. Thank you for booking with us and we hope to be of service to you in the future – Team Inspired Luxury Escapes

Our perfect family holiday
I was looking for the perfect holiday. The staff gave me lots of options as I was quite particular to what I wanted. They were patient, very helpful and friendly . They found the perfect holiday for myself and my family, and could not have been happier with the service they provided. In particular Kayleigh and Bella were amazing, and it was so easy to book our dream holiday. I could not recommend the company high enough.
