I have been trying to install the 2 new ink cartridges I purchased from Ink Jungle without success. They fit perfectly into my HP Deskjet 2710e printer however there is no way to get my printer to accept them? I have tried to follow the installation instructions given by Ink Jungle however I still can't get my printer to work.
I am waiting for a response from Ink Jungle regarding assistance with this problem however, as yet, have not received one.

Absolutely impossible to create an account. At it for over an hour. No telephone numbers. And no email support arrived.

Even if there are savings to be made it simply is not worth the time or stress.
What a very odd way to run a business.

Was initially given bad advice off Kelly to snap items off cartridge to make it fit my printer which couldn't be snapped off and was clearly too big for the space to fit in printer, felt like advice that wouldn't be out of place on the comedy show the IT Crowd. She even had nails as long as the cartridge itself and asking me to snap bits off the plastic when it seemed a tricky task for the seller to do, when they sent a screen shot over to me on how to do that!! Total utter farce.

Also they were very pedantic in regards to exchanging item when opened after the initial period for refund which still had orange strip on it, and could have been sold as new as no ink was used. When I would have been happy for it to be exchanged for correct compatible cartridges. Didnt seem like they knew what they were talking about.

I won't recommend this company or going here ever again for a service! Avoid their company on Amazon like the plague!!

I bought an HP 302 inkjet cartridge which was delivered quickly. However when installing the cartridge the printer gave a 'ink alert' warning. Reinserting the old cartridge removed the error but of course I couldn't print black.
I spoke with Kelly at Inkjungle who was very helpful providing a better return address. I returned the cartridge without cost. The refund was paid quickly.

Was sent an empty cartridge. Dodgy company - do not use.

Dreadful experience with this EBay seller in returning faulty goods and in finally obtaining a refund! Will never again purchase from this company.

Terrible service. Ordered an XL colour cartridge which ran out after 20 pages.
Customer services not interested in sending a replacement and said it must have been the way I'd set the printer.
Avoid like the plague.

Very poor service. Item sent was not as described. Refused to pay for return or provide a refund. Do not order from this company.

Ink jungle are spamming my email address. Despite numerous requests to be removed from their marketing they continue to send spam. Reputable companies don't send spam.

The black ink cartridge ran out of ink after printing a couple of sheets.

Read this before ordering from Inkjungle - Bought 2 HP 305XL cartridges (their refills) 3 November 2022. I wished to keep as spare cartridges for when originals ran out. This happened today, 25 July 2023, so fitted both black and tri-colour, much to my surprise they didn’t work. I contacted Inkjungle via eBay and asked for replacement set, reply from Kelly,” no guarantee after 6 months, can’t help you”. £25.95 down the drain. No more cartridges from Inkjungle for me.

Inkjungle gave me misleading information on how to do a return. Kelly told me get a “proof of posting” receipt. I did that but when my return was “lost`’ my receipt was useless. My post office said I needed a tracking receipt. Kelly repeatedly refused my refund, a £174 order. I wish I had read the other reviews here before I did business with inkjungle. So many bad return experiences can’t be accidental. Does inkjungle deliberately “loose” returns?, deliberately give misinformation to refuse refunds? Bad company. Avoid them

Great value ink with prompt delivery. Never had an issue and it's way cheaper than the manufacturer's offering.

Ordered on line, wrong cartridges sent. so sent back to address on packaging. Phoned company several times and seemingly its my fault as they have a dedicated address for mistakes. Most unhelpful staff ever and to date not the slightest response and still out of pocket. Would not recommend anyone use this company ever.

I have used Ink Jungle a few times. Delivery always prompt BUT what is disappointing is that they include a sticker with the ink cartridge stating there's a 5% discount if you use code LOYALTY on subsequent orders. The problem is there is nowhere to put code LOYALTY on their on-line order form! Bit of a con if you ask me!! "Here's a discount...but you can't have it!"

Office beaver changed name to this company ! Fraudsters . Never posted me the ink and took money . Never showed proof of post , your are fraudsters !

Excellent prices, despatch happens very quickly and they have an excellent recycling service that benefits charity.
With a loyalty discount as well there's nowhere else I would go for ink cartridges.

Been using Ink Jungle for years now and always had a good experience even despite all the Royal Mail strikes. Plus they do a lot for charity which is more than their competition do.

The product came on time and no problems whatsoever, would highly recommend to friends
