I ordered two new front seats for my transit and then a back row. I have tried to email them but never received a reply. It’s been three weeks now and nothing has come in a form of reply. I would avoid this company it costs.

If buying from a business that is probably a front for a chinese factory, with poor comms, slow and or no delivery is your thing - then fill your boots
you may get lucky and get what you ordered eventually or maybe not.

Ordered complete front row seat covers for my Discovery 4 on 11th Jan 26. Order confirmed, then no further correspondence. Emails asking for updates were ignored.
Covers delivered out of the blue 11 Feb 26. But headrest and arm rest covers missing, both clearly included under the complete front row listing.
I have emailed them again to ask for the missing covers, but not holding my breath!

I placed my order in November for front and rear seat covers for my new transit, I was taken in by their excellent ad on Facebook, usual story repeated emails promising prompt delivery just wish I had read the reviews first. I can’t comment on the product quality yet but based upon my already 12 week wait I would avoid this company like a dose of pox!

Ordered last month and have been backwards with extended pauses and forward with periods of no communication and excuses but no goods.
These people maybe exactly the kind of people that HMRC need to concentrate on.
Have a look on Companies House how they are overdue but active directors of Auto Kit international but Inka Corp are dormant and in the same breath.

I bought new seat covers for my campervan. Although they took a long time to come, the covers are good but hard to fit. They are described as "tailored" but the rear seat cover completely covers seat belt anchor points. Not wanting to cut the supposedly tailored cover, I tried to get in touch for advice. There is a phone number but the message tells you to send an email. I sent an email, then a follow-up, and got no reply. They should do better than this!

Ordered a basic set of seat covers for a Transit van on the 30th November 25, delivery stated 3/5 when Ordered. After 7 days of nothing I emailed. Was told they were in production and would be dispatched by the end of the week, 7 days later nothing. Another email and was told the same!! They eventually arrived 9th Jan but don't fit. Emailed again for a return heard nothing. Total waste of time and money. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Waited over 4 weeks for my order which stated 4-5 days on website. After the seat covers arrived they are the complete wrong ones, trying to get in contact with the email address provided is a waste of time they have said they will come and exchange several times and never fulfilled their promise, absolute waste of time and money if I could give this company less than 1 star I would. They need reporting to trading standards as this seems to be a regular occurrence looking at others reviews
Terrible Customer Service
Have ordered seat covers back in November, chased order on a number of occasion's to be told they will leave early next week. Its been over 6 weeks since I was told they would be shipped. Customer service is non existent.
I would appreciate an honest response, with a accurate ETA, and I would be more understanding.
The really frustrating thing is they display seat covers on their site still as "Availability - In Stock" with "arrives within 3-5 working days", Pure lie's.
