Overall the order took 8/9 weeks to complete, when l ordered, it was highlighted as a stock item , l then paid i did email a couple of times, and always got a reply back, My order was for Ford custom seat covers, and I have to say the are brilliant and well worth the money, if you can wait then fine.
Been Waiting nearly a month
Been Waiting nearly a month, told they were in stock, then told it was down to high demand. Then told they would be dispatched last week. Company not replying to my emails.
Paid with visa debit card can anyone tell me how to get a refund please.
My seats are getting ruined and my mental health is struggling.

Placed an order though nothing arrived, chased after a week to be told high demand and production is running behind. Left it for another week, contacted them again only to get the same response. Got a full refund through my credit card company. Total waste of my time

Seat covers ordered at the end of February but after multiple emails and promises no order received so I was forced to seek a refund from PayPal. Cannot recommend.

I wish I could review the seat covers
I wish I could review the seat covers, but unfortunately they seem to exist only in the same dimension as Bigfoot and honest tracking updates.
I ordered Ford Transit Custom seat covers and… nothing. No delivery, no updates, just vibes. When I requested a refund in January, I was repeatedly assured the covers were “on the way.” Spoiler: they were not. Instead, I was given a tracking number that appeared to be more fictional than factual, followed by blame being shifted onto the courier.
After three months of chasing, I finally received a refund which, to be fair, is the only thing that actually arrived during this entire process.
If you're looking for seat covers, I’d recommend somewhere that sells real products with real tracking numbers. If you're looking for a long-term pen pal who specializes in excuses, Inka Corp might be your place.

I bought a set of bentley diamond for my transit custom over a year ago and what a wonderful product it is.
Enhances the interior appearance spectacularly, fits the seats like a glove and has proven to be extremely comfortable and durable.
Delivery was as stated at order with no missing pieces.

Ordered my Vw crafter seat covers in September 25 now in march 26 still not received all I see is your package is expected with us at Royal mail but they’ve still not received it . I’ve being told they must be lost in transit . I’d be happy with a refund at this point but I just don’t get any reply

I ordered seat covers in January. In March I asked for money back. No communication from them for a month, you can't ring and speak to anyone, no one answers emails for weeks. Oh and then its they are lost in transit. Got hold of paypal to report and someone rung to say order will be with you next week, nah ill have money back. Ordered from CARMATS and they arrived in 2days. Personally I would go elsewhere if you want them in a week.

Appalled at the customer service. Order covers on the 29th January and have still not arrived. I get in touch with them for them to say its delayed or it has been sorted now. Still nothing. If you want a quick service then stay away

Told me a pack of lies to buy time
Ordered seat covers a month ago I emailed them after 2 weeks and was told that they had just checked and my order had just gone into production , ok I thought , that’s fine , another 2 weeks go by I emailed again but this time I was told that they have a backlog from Christmas and they have a strict order in which they process the orders , don’t bother with this company , waste of time

Ordered seat covers on the 19th of December 2025 still not arrived and we are now into march emailed today for a full refund saying “in stock” on there website absolute joke and at £399 certainly not cheap
No Stock and Long lead times
We ordered sets of seat covers for 2 new vans 04.02.26 one set and after chasing them up via email a couple of times was "no longer available" with the other set delayed
why take orders on? that they cannot fulfil or with lead times that do not match what the customer needs
both are showing as stocked items

NEVER USE
NEVER, NEVER, use this company. They’re from Leicester 🤔 and they will use lie after lie to delay the delivery date. I was told 1 week for delivery and 1 month later, they’re still coming up with stalling lies. No wonder they have no telephone communications. I’ve cancelled the order so hoping I will get my money back but not holding out much hope. DO NOT USE
