God awful company

God awful company. Ordered a set of seat covers for my new van. Ended up getting a refund after 2 months of waiting for my product without any result. I was in contact with their customer services multiple times & was lied to several times that my product was being made, & ‘in final stages of manufacture’ but clearly wasn’t as weeks later I still hadn’t received what I paid for.

Avoid like the plague.

Perfect Seat Covers

Order seat covers for my transit custom. To be fair, the seat covers did take a little longer than it stated on the website ‎WhatsApp presume that was because I ordered Christmas and they were busy, but they are absolutely first class and worth the wait. Could not be happier. Would not hesitate to buy them again for my next month. Many thanks, Eddie.

Not a reliable seller

I wish I had read the reviews before choosing to buy from this company. I was in regular contact with their customer service department who kept giving me fake delayed order notices. Saying that they were still in the manufacturing stage or quality stage. 5 weeks went by and still nothing. I believed I had been scammed!

They could not complete my order of seat covers for the van so issued me a full refund, which I was grateful to have received. Why advertise items they cannot dispatch within 3-5 days (as stated)? Another review says they are custom made, but this isn’t clear on the website. I wouldn’t order from this company again due to their poor reliability and my bad experience.

Great Quality but unrealistic Delivery times

Seat covers are great quality and fit great. My dad absolutely loves them for his van. However on the website it states delivery would be 3-5 days this is not the case. 3 + weeks is more realistic as the delivery time frame. If they had of stated this on their website this would of been a 5* review. I emailed numerous times for updates as this was a Christmas present and ordered at the beginning of dec. The 1st time I was told they would be dispatched early the next week, this was not the case I emailed 3 further times before I got a reply stating they were in the final stages of production which was what I was told in the 1st email. I feel like if I hadn't of emailed everyday they would not have sent them out as quick. So please be weary when ordering that they will take 3+ weeks to receive but the quality is great!

Terrible service

Terrible service, waited 5 weeks for the covers, only to find the head rest covers can’t be fitted due to a manufacturer fault, absolutely terrible response, sent me a WhatsApp number for technical support but no response, have now given up chasing them, BE WARNED !!!!!!!

If I could rate this less I would

If I could rate this less I would. Wen site looks amazing promises the world but that’s were it ends. I waited 4 weeks before I contacted them to which they ignored. Again after 5 with a threat of pulling my order. Excuse after excuse. Many more communications later and numerous excuses I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. A week after requesting the refund still no refund. Had to ask again with the threat of making a claim with my bank to claim the money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HIDEOUS COMPANY

Ordered a set of seat covers on 2nd…

UPDATE. Covers recived 27th December, wrong covers sent 🤦‍♀️ emailed, no reply so emailed again. Took a week to get a reply. Had to send photo to prove wrong covers sent. Chased reply, reply received they will arrange collection and will then send replacements! Still waiitng for date for collection and have queried why they cant sent correct covers at same time and we do a swap! Still waoitng for a reply. Bearing in mind this is a Christmas present. Absolutely ridiculous the only form of contact is via email. Even if you call the given phone number on the invoice, you get a message saying they are an all digital comoany and to email. I would personally never buy from them again and i would advise people to shop elsewhere also avoid their Ebay and Amazon stores!

Ordered a set of seat covers on 2nd December, had email acknowledging this Order, despite the website saying delivery within 3-5days, I've heard nothing. Chased the order last week (you have to email as they are now completely digital and when you phone you get a message stating this so cant talk to a human being) was told my order was in production and would be dispatched by the 13th. Again didn't hear anything so emailed again, got a reply this morning saying it should be dispatched by the end of this week! This is a Christmas present so likely it now wont be here in time for Christmas. The website is very misleading as it doesnt say anything about things made to order. Very annoyed.

Read the reviews before ordering! Or prepare to wait weeks..

I should have read the reviews before ordering! Still haven’t received them, ordered 9 days ago, with delivery stating “3-5” days.. tried to call the company today but you can’t speak to anyone, the automated answerphone tells you to contact via email.. I sent an email asking for an explanation why they are taking so long, and guess what… no reply!! I’ve checked the reviews and everyone is saying they take weeks to arrive, some up to 8 weeks!! I’m starting to wonder how many weeks mine will take!! I’ve got a new van and no seat covers!!! Long wait, no customer service…. If I had read the reviews first I wouldn’t have ordered!!! Wondering if a refund would be quicker, that would probably take weeks too!!

As you may already be aware we have had many delays in our production which has resulted in some extremely late deliveries of customer orders.

As the majority of our goods are hand made in the UK the main issue has been centred around production staff shortages.

The above together with unprecedented demand for our products has caused a bottle neck situation in our UK production line.

For this we sincerely apologise and we hope we can restore your faith in us as a genuine company with growing pains.

Avoid — extremely poor service and zero communication

Unfortunately, ordering from this company has been a complete disappointment. The seat covers were supposed to arrive within 7 days. I assumed they were in stock, especially as I ordered a standard model for a standard car.

After more than a month of waiting, with no delivery and no communication whatsoever, I contacted the company to find out what was going on. I was told the covers were “in production” and that logos were being stitched onto them.
This made no sense — I never ordered any logos, just simple standard covers.

I was assured they would be shipped that same week. Three weeks later, still nothing. I reached out again and asked for a refund if they couldn’t fulfil the order. Without any explanation or update, I received a brief message saying my order had been cancelled and refunded.

The refund is the only positive point — although the money hasn’t reached my account yet.
Time wasted and still no seat covers — something no refund can compensate.

Overall, the customer service is extremely poor, communication is almost non-existent, and waiting 8 weeks for a basic, non-custom order in today’s world is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Avoid at all cost.
Lies after lies,
Why are they taking orders for goods they can't supply.
Promise after Promise but no seat covers , I've got a new van with dirty seats due to covers not arriving.

Great seat covers

Ordered these seat covers in the Bentley stitch in grey diamond pattern and must say I’m exceptionally pleased with them especially the quality the finish of the stitch and the fitting which is on the tight side but obviously designed that way to make them fit perfectly
There is a short wait for these as they’re not off the shelf and made specifically for each customer
Seat covers transform the look of my new transit custom and I would highly recommend them to anyone willing to wait a little while for quality and comfort

Complete scam

Complete scam. I wish I had looked here first. Ordered 8 weeks ago. After a couple days DHL claim they have your order then it goes to delayed. Every time you chase the company they tell you your item is just finishing embroidery. I chased time and time again and was told they will be shipped this week. Finally after much arguing they have issued a refund. Do not waste your time here.
