It must be 25 years since I last hired a car - and that was in Sicily. The Indigo Experience was much less traumatic than Hertz at Syracuse airport. Very satisfactory all round.

I had tried many companies and was starting to get disheartened with extremely high deposit fees . These made our getaway affordable and the guy listening to my concerns ensured they were met . Thank you

I’ve been using Indigo for about 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but flawless experiences with them. No matter which area I’m travelling to, they’ve always provided me with the best prices and ensured I’ve had a smooth booking. All of the staff are very helpful, especially Sam - who has always taken care of me and provided me with the best service! I absolutely will continue to use and won’t go anywhere else when hiring a car.

This is my first experience hiring a car with Indigo and I honestly could not be happier! The customer service alone is second to none! Massive shout out to Jake for handling my many, many questions! Such an easy, pleasant experience, not what i was expecting when looking at other car hire companies! So glad I found Indigo! We haven't collected the car yet so I will update once we've completed our trip, but judging by the customer service and very competitive prices, I can't forsee any issues 🙏 highly recommended! I always book through Indigo and have done for years. Fast efficient and friendly no matter where or what the request.
In the past I used car hire companies and ended up spending hours on the phone when extras were added onto the bill - This has never happened with Indigo and there is always a person at the end of the phone - in my case, Sam.

Was able to hire a car with no credit card and a licence of 3 months. Very straightforward and convenient, all done on Whatsapp including a later change of pick up time.

Matt was very patient with us, it was a good experience overall!
