I am a 70+ senior in good health, e.g. no vision, heart, diabetes, mental or other problems, not to mention years of experience and a clean driving licence. But at this age, many think we're past it!!
When travelling, depending on where one visits, freedom of movement is essential for everyone. Personally, Indigo has closed and solved the problem. Although costs are slightly higher, they haven't let me down and have each time covered my car rental requirements. Highly recommended for senior drivers.

The process was so easy and quick. Very good experience with the booking process.

As always the responses are very quick and clear, the prices on the cars are great value. The whole insurance packages and breakdown are straightforward. Always willing to help and assist with any query. It's been getting on for about 10 years since first using them for car rental, wouldn't go anywhere else, I have complete faith and trust in them that they will put me first and have my best interests in mind when finding a car for me.

Totally perfect service by Jake who totally understood my request and provided the car and also dealt with a minor adjustment shortly after due to a flight change.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Indigo Car Hire, and especially with Cherie, who went above and beyond to help me at very short notice.

I needed to hire a 9-seater car relatively last minute, and unfortunately there was an issue with my licence that made the situation look like a lost cause. Cherie, however, did not give up! She followed up repeatedly with both the car hire company and the insurance company, kept me informed throughout, and continued pushing for a solution when it would have been very easy to walk away.

Thanks in no small part to her persistence and dedication, we managed to get the car at the 11th hour — and she even secured us a much better deal, saving us several hundred pounds in the process!

I genuinely couldn't recommend Cherie and Indigo Car Hire highly enough. The level of customer service, communication and effort was exceptional. I will most definitely be using their services again.
