Klaudya was very helpful to us she was telling her own experience using the mattress that Will Help my back problem. As myself with scoliosis I hope I Will wake up without back problem anymore and improve my posture. I hope it will help to improve my sleeping when The mattress Will arrive.

Blue gell pillow is one of the best pillow that i ever used. Using it for almost 6 months - so cool and comfy. Much recommended. I bought it from Westfield mall , white city.

Excellent mattress! I had extremely bad back pain but the staffs helped me find the best exact firmness that suit my body weight. I suffered from back pain for many years but once I started using this I got better sleep and the best pain relief ever. Never imagined this mattress can help me with my chronic pain. I highly recommend to try this mattress over any other. I also got some bamboo gifts which was the best deal!

Avoid Imperial Bamboo – Scam Business and Fraudulent Products
Imperial Bamboo is nothing but a scam operation, bluffing people with false promises and cheap, unusable products. At their kiosk in Westfield, they showed me a catalogue with mattresses priced at over £4,000, but within minutes they were “happy” to reduce it to £1,500 and throw in a bunch of so-called freebies. That alone should have been a red flag. They promised me this mattress was the best quality ever, soft and comfortable, but after they took my money, they suddenly pulled out “terms and conditions” printed only on the receipt you get after payment – no refunds, no exchanges.
When the mattress arrived, I honestly thought it was a joke. It was so hard and firm it felt like sleeping on asphalt. My wife and I woke up in pain the very next morning. We gave it another chance for a couple of days, but it was unbearable – this thing is not even suitable for human use.
When I called the seller, he told me I had his private number and refused to help, insisting I email the company. I sent multiple emails – all ignored. I even requested a proper invoice, which they never provided. The only proof I have is the Visa card receipt, with their so-called “terms” printed on it.
What they deliver is completely different from the mattress they display in their little kiosk. They take your money, send you cheap rubbish, and then hide behind their “no refund” excuse. In reality, it’s nothing but a trap to rip you off.
Imperial Bamboo is a fraudulent business. Stay far away from them – unless you want to throw your money (and your mattress) straight into the bin.

Best decision I ever made my partner no longer keeps me awake thank you

Thank you for Imperial Bamboo for this comfortable mattress I really was impress of the customer service and I was welcome to try some of the mattresses in the shop in Stratford Westfield. I was with back pain and I try to find the orthopaedic mattress on good price. I was serve in the shop from one lovely lady her name is Klavdiya she shows me everything in the shop from the pillows to the mattress I was happy to find the discount on this day and she even offer me instalment method for 12 months payment 0 interest. I slept so good now. Thank you Klavdiya and thank you Imperial Bamboo you change my life with this mattress. ❤️

They are truly scammers at the kiosk in Westfield Stratford. They change prices according to the buyer and they also promise exchanges without an issue. My partner gift me a pillow, unfortunately he chose the wrong one, as I don't like orthopedics, the lady said, not to worry, they could exchange for the foam pillow if I didn't like. Well I didn't like and today when he tried to exchange it, they refuse to do it and refund the difference. As the orthopedic was £70, they forced him to exchange for 2 foam pillows (cheaper ones). The pillow never came out of the box.. What a joke and what a waste of money. They promised and they didn't keep their word. Not to mention you find online same stuff much cheaper.. no wonder why they keep deleting their Google maps, so the reviews get lost.
Edit: They reply very politely asking to get in touch with them, however they leave no email or phone. I still have the extra pillow in the bag, unused. I would gladly return it, as promised.

I'm very pleased with my firm mattress, which was delivered very quickly. It had a chemical smell for the first week or so. I sprayed Febreze a few times, which helped.

Tried to contact customer service. All emails bounced. £40 for this ripped up pillow.

2 yrs ago we were planning to buy tempur pedic mattress etc and bumped into imperial bamboo stall in Westfield.
Stefania was very welcoming and was very helpful to choose the right products for us-not only mattresses but pillows and blankets that we are absolutely in love with all of them!
Very comfortable and such a good sleep!I never thought good sleep can depends on mattress!So after two years we decided to buy another one for another bedroom and of course we went to same stall.
The Team who was telling us about their products-Daniela and a guy(I didnt catch his name)were amazing,they were very prompt and helpful-they also have new products too
I would definitely recommend all their products as this is next level quality that i never had it in the past!

I've struggled with back pain for years, but since I purchased my Imperial Bamboo mattress, I finally get a restful night's sleep.

I was thinking that I am experiencing bad with the company since I could not reach them. But they returned me and solved my problem in a charming way.
