Car broke down within 60 days of purchase so I was calling them asking them to get it fixed, which they then started ignoring my calls. I then sent them a letter and they rang me on the Wednesday telling me they would pick the car up on the Friday, however they did not it is now the Saturday I have just rang them and once again been ignored.

Got a genuine and fair offer from these guys at Nova Motor and accepted it, can’t lie it was kind a nervous as it was my first time selling a car like this to a brokerage but paddy at nova was really professional and available whenever I needed anything and really took me through all the procedures. They came and picked up the car free of charge and was really professional. Would really recommend these guys.

I originally advertised my Landrover Discovery 4 through Autotrader and received no enquiries except from Paddy at NMG, he explained the brokerage service and offered me a good price on my car, i have to admit i was a bit sceptical as i had not heard of this before. I did a bit of research on line to check out NMG and all was legit, after another week of no enquires through Autotrader i decided to give it a go. From the outset everything was very professional: from explaining the contract and agreed price; the preparation of the vehicle for sale; the advertising and the payment once sold.
After dropping the vehicle off i checked the website and it was advertised for sale immediately pending photos, after a day or so the vehicle had been prepared and the photos looked excellent. Paddy contacted me within a week to say he had a sale, unfortunately this fell through due to finance issues, however, the vehicle was straight back up for sale and a buyer was found very quickly. The price agreed was the price i received within a couple of days of the sale, from going from a little dubious i was very happy with the professional and efficient way it was handled by NMG, specifically Paddy, and would most definitely recommend this brokerage service.

I was pretty sceptical when I was initially contacted by Paddy at Nova after my Autotrader ad was going nowhere. But I've been consistently impressed since, by their low-pressure patient dealing with my questions, to the easy collection process, to fixing some issues without charging me, to delivering the price promised ahead of schedule. Very good service all round.

I recently sold my Jaguar through Paddy at NMG Brokerage and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

From the very beginning Paddy made everything so easy for me. He collected the car from my home free of charge and had it professionally photographed and advertised within 48 hours. Within just 72 hours, a deposit had been taken.

I didn’t have to lift a finger throughout the whole process. Paddy promised me the figure I wanted for the car and, despite the car needing some work, he covered the costs himself rather than charging me for every scratch, dent and bit of preparation.

He kept me updated throughout and was always easy to get hold of. Once the car sold, the payment was made quickly and the finance was settled without any hassle.

Avoid Nova Motor Group – Unsafe Repairs, Bodged Wiring & Shocking Aftersales
​I purchased a Kia Sportage from Nova Motor Group. Shortly after purchase, a driver-side 360° camera was replaced via their subcontractor (Toney’s Audio). What followed was a complete failure of basic competence and customer care:
​Substandard Workmanship: The camera was initially installed 180° upside-down, triggering a Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW) error.
​Hazardous & Bodged Wiring: Upon independent inspection, the factory BSD wiring harness was found cut and spliced using cheap non-automotive white terminal connectors. Crucially, the wires were reconnected with reversed polarity, which caused continuous error chimes while driving and disabled the keyless door handle lock.
​Dishonesty & Refusal of Support: The subcontractor lied to my face, claiming they "never touched the wiring." When I approached Nova Motor Group, staff attempted to dismiss me by claiming they "no longer have an aftersales department" and trying to divert their statutory liability under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 onto a third-party warranty.
​Once the reversed polarity was manually corrected, all electrical faults instantly disappeared.

The most stress free process, I dropped my Volvo V60 off they gave it a check over lasted around 20 mins, they gave me a price which I was more than happy with as I used there brokerage service. I was updated every couple days with interest and then confirming my car was finally sold only after 2 weeks. So I was really happy and I will be back to purchase future vehicle, just over the customer service and treatment that you receive from this company. Plus the photos they take of the vehicle are as detailed as can be for the new buyers. Amazing work. Thanks again.

Taken this company to court as they have ripped me off with a car not fit for purpose . Paid £6445.00 for the car to breakdown in less then 2 weeks . Took to a garage they told us to and they paid the fee . But then the turbo and exhaust valve went within 12weeks . We took to same garage they paid last time to be told they dont pay other garages . Total lie as they paid last time . They are in breach of contract and the law . The bill was £1600 for the car which we have had to pay . So I’m now waiting to see if they respond to my emails and have instructed a solicitor to take legal action if no response . Also going to ask courts for compensation for wages as the car is for work which has been off road a month .

Couldn't have wished for a better experience from Stephen and the team at Nova Cambridge. Was kept fully updated with the progress of my Aviva claim/repair and they went over and beyond to pick up my car and drop it back. All staff are very professional ( Stephen has a wicked sense of humour too!!). Workmanship was exceptional and there was a fast turnaround of my Golf GTE repair. Thankyou Nova!
