The staff is helpful, and the automated wash is so quick. Sometimes you will get the odd issue with the app not updating straight away but other than that all pretty straightforward

The extra cleaning was done but a bit effort time would have cleaned just a bit better. Perhaps I will go back to all automatic car wash and do the extra cleaning myself.

Not happy with the last two wahes

2 stars might be a bit unfair as we are in a drought. But the water smelt bad and when the car dryer I was left with a lot of water marks. I’m pretty sure that I didn’t get the triple wax wash that I paid for. Also the guys with the jet wash were pretty quick condition wasn’t busy.
To be fair in the past I’ve always been reasonably pleased with the outcome but the last two washes were below what I would expect

Wow great experience!

Wow, first time in one of these types of car wash and experience was great, thanks to the attendant who guided us quickly through the process and worked at pace to look after us, despite the queue!
