Rushed pre-wash by staff attendant
The car wash was good, but the gentleman who took my payment was very impatient. I had scanned the qr code to get the discount, and i was putting in my details, and waiting for the QR code to come up for him to scan, and he said he couldn't wait any longer, as there was 2 cars behind me, but when I got there and scanned the QR code they were not behind me. He rushed me through, and didn't pre wash my car properly, like other stuff have done previously. I'm in to mine whether to go again.

Great wash looks good but watch how you pay
Great wash looks good, glossy finish. Would have gave 5 stars if I hadn't been left gutted as I sat by the car wash logging in and purchasing ceramic wash only to find out i wouldn't get the free triple foam wash as I should have purchased with quick pay ...think that was £8 I lost out on.

The staff were friendly and helpful and fun with the kids in the car but the overall clean was not worth it - will visit a hand car wash next time to ensure everything is cleaned off. It looked better than when it went in but I'd rather not have drip marks, left over pigeon poo, tree sap etc.

Luton dirty IMO
I normally use my local imo car wash often with great results and on my last visit opted for the rain guard as I have a new car and was brilliant, unfortunately I visited the imo at Luton and bought the rain guard again(pre pay) . As I went through the car wash I could smell dirty water not fresh like normal, I drove to the hotel and my car was in a terrible state with dirty water marks all over it . Think I will go to the manual car wash in future.

Castle Foregate
Castle Foregate , Shrewsbury. Not the best IMO for a semi automated car wash, left with a film on windows and car, almost as if not rinsed properly. Was not a basic wash , so for the price , not value for money.
