IMO Car Wash Reviews 

There's too many options to choose from, what happened to just getting your car washed.
The results were disappointing as I still had bird muck on the roof which I had to remove myself.
The wash missed inside the door handles and made a poor job of the alloys which I will have to do again myself and to top it off I now have swirls marks all over the car so a paint correction is now required to get the car back to how it was before this wash.
Wasted £10 to be honest.

Easy app, quick service, good prices and my car looks amazing

Washing and manual pre wash is good. Improvement is one person after wash to clean and wipe doors and fuel cap. There are lot of wash liquid in all these areas.

Worst car wash I’ve been to stunk off eggs and didn’t clean me car properly when I told the lad who worked the he just laffed at me and sed it ok it normal and it was full of soap suds no wax coming through and dirty water. my car was dirty than it went in shockingly the worst was Ave been to. this place needs head office look at this place before anyone catches germs or gets a illness

Being from the Netherlands in Staffordshire for the whole month of September and not far from Cannock I’ve chosen IMO for its Carwash reputation and I’m not disappointed ! Good job 👍🏻

The app is very poor struggling to cancel agreement

I have used this car wash many times and I have always been impressed. Not yesterday. I don't even feel he put the correct program through. He couldn't even be bothered to jet all the wheels properly and did not brush the rear of the car..

Car is very clean, wife is happy ;) All in all a good experience

They were fast, informative & friendly.

The car wash was good, but the gentleman who took my payment was very impatient. I had scanned the qr code to get the discount, and i was putting in my details, and waiting for the QR code to come up for him to scan, and he said he couldn't wait any longer, as there was 2 cars behind me, but when I got there and scanned the QR code they were not behind me. He rushed me through, and didn't pre wash my car properly, like other stuff have done previously. I'm in to mine whether to go again.
