I would never go back there were long…
I would never go back there were long queues.they seem to get many cars as possible to clean.when I got home there were water on windows other car washers wipe the windows with a clean cloth.thetr nothing.for 11 pound I expected better want be getting my money any more.

Didn't get the wash I paid for. I paid for a more expensive wash, but got downgraded. The wash I had was good, but I'd paid for extras that I didn't get.

The wash was fine
The wash was fine. However the attendant, after I had driven onto the conveyor belt, kept shouting instructions at me in an inpatient manner. Apparently the car had to be in neutral. I couldn't open the window to hear him better as he'd already sprayed it with soapy water, and as a person with hearing impairment, struggled with all the noise of the car wash. Would be better if clear instructions are given BEFORE the start of the process. I found it very stressful.

I got a coin for free, to hoovering the car. That was nice.
The bad thing, the car, after car wash wasn't clean. The people wasn't kind. No smiling, no word.
