No good proposals at all.
Most of the request remain unanswered. Flats mostly absolutely rubbish - I don't know who perform architecture/design. Sure, slightly better than stable for the price like a palace.
And for that I have to pay 30 euros/month and looks like have to order another 3 months of subscription without capability to cancel it!!!: common pattern in Germany - pay and don't ask for what))

Don't blame a market - in Germany situation with flats will be bad in next decades - that is clear. It sounds like you blame a sun light.
Think what you can provide for money which I've paid to you - I don't see any value. Most of Maklers force you to communicate via email or even register in other websites and copy+paste the same info which I already provided in immoscout. GDPR? What is it? We don't know - give all your PII data, after that maybe we will send you invitation to have a look on the flat )))

I was searching for a home at Aachen and therfore I signed up for their plus subscription. Now I have found a home at Aachen and I want to cancel my plus subscription. However, I checked that the contract mandates that a cancellation is possible only after 6 months! This is ridiculous! A company obligating a customer to sign up for a plus subscription for 6 months?! This is disappointing!

Usually landlords don't use doc in my premium account.
Most companies ask to fill form on theirs website and provide docs like Schufa etc.
So make sense to provide something like API for all landlords and they can have all my info and docs from premium account.
Now I see no sense in premium,sorry...

I clearly mentioned to immoscout countless times i was unaware of what I had signed up for, due to lack of german knowledge and made a genuine mistake with enrolling into the membership package. This company has taken advantage of me and is making me pay for no reason at all, despite me canceling this membership a long time ago. It is immoral and unethical practice on their part, as they know i did not give full informed consent at the time. Only later after attempting to cancel twice, I realized I have to pay for a whole years worth of membership and I'm apparently not allowed to cancel before that? I assumed I could cancel at anytime and contacted them about this countless times.

In the past i got a similar membership package with immoscout and could cancel at any time and i did, because i found a place very quickly. This time around the services were very bad and there were no options at all for me. I was under the impression that i can cancel at anytime, just like before. This is extremely bad business practise on their part. I do not use this service at all and don't even need it anymore and have mentioned this to immoscout. Yet I am being made to pay for a useless service with this scam package, which again i did not give full informed consent for and made a mistake. Now I have lawyers on my back too, threatening me to pay up and making me pay extra. I have paid them. However, i am not satisfied at all and have been taken advantage of in this situation which is clear malpractice. Great way to treat a heavily pregnant woman and give her extra stress. Hope its worth the money. For a company thats supposedly caring about human rights on their website, i do not see any evidence of this at all. I am literally paying for nothing right now and want yo warn other customers, especially foreigners to avoid this trap.

I have subscribed their plus membership and after a while even though I have filled my banking information for payment, they did not take the money automatically and they blocked my account because I did not pay??? Then they forwarded my account to their lawyers and law company also asked for extra 25 euros. Finally I was able to pay to the bank account of their lawyers. The whole website is based on fraud system. They don’t take your money even though you give a permission, then they block you. Then they charge you more and also their lawyers ask for money. Stay away. There are plenty of options. Just stay away.

It was helpful to someone who is looking for a house or apartment. But some agents are not replying. That is the only downside. Thank you.

Not trustworthy, No real contacts. And they claimed I have not paid while I have proof of my bank deposits. and Now handed case to a legal collector after not replying to any of my emails. And the worst is that there is no real personal contact point. (or number) the live chat is garbage. Becareful!

THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU. Immoscout24 stole €300 euros from me. I had made a 3 months subscription and did not know I had to cancel it after three months (because otherwise what is the point of a three month contract if it keeps going after?). In the meantime I had already bought a Schufa with a different account and did not know that also signed me up for another one month free trial I also did not cancel. This meant I had two subscriptions I was not aware of running and since I had used a card to pay for these that was no longer valid, the subscriptions were not getting paid and warning emails were going to my spam. As a consequence immoscout sent debt collectors to force me to pay both the subscriptions and the late fees I did not know I was incurring BECAUSE I DID NOT MAKE THESE SUBSCRIPTIONS WILLININGLY and was unaware I had them. This company contributes nothing to the world, just preys on people new to Germany who don’t know what’s going on. Shame on them, do not give them your money.

I have been paying 30 euros a month for Immoscout's membership for over 6 months now. While the first few months I wasn't really putting an effort into applications, this changed in September. Since then, I have sent over 100 applications and I got so far 3/4 viewings. None of them went well obviously. I always try to reply to ads as fast as I can and I write a personalize message. I understand the market in Berlin is currently very challenging, but Immoscout's service is absolutely not worth the price. The settings sometimes get deleted on their own for no reason and you stop receiving notifications until you realize it and you reset them. Sometimes the account just logs off on its own and you only realize it once, again, you stop receiving notifications. The notifications simply don't work. Most of the time I do not receive any notification if my phone is locked, and they only appear when I unlock the phone. And to be clear, I had an old phone that I recently replaced. The notifications were not working earlier and are not working now. And to go back to the start, Immoscout should implement a system to prioritize older members that have not yet found anything or something like that. I'm extremely tired and disappointed, as my day has revolved for months around unlocking my phone every 10 minutes to check if there's any new notification from Immoscout. I don't want to give you money anymore, but I have no other choice. Thanks

This site is very unlikely to find you a place to live, don't bother signing up and especially don't sign up for the premium subscription, complete waste of money. Very difficult to get out of the subscription as well as it is automatically renewed without notifying you.

I paid for a Schufa document through ImmoScout24 and was automatically enrolled in the Plus membership, even though I never selected, wanted, or used it. I only noticed this subscription when the fee was charged.
I cancelled immediately and contacted customer support to request a refund, since this was clearly a mistake. It has now been days, and I have received no real response, no help, and no attempt to resolve the issue, only automated or generic replies.
At this point, it genuinely feels like ImmoScout24 is trying to grow revenue by charging customers for products they never intended to purchase, and then making it extremely difficult to receive assistance or a refund. That is not acceptable business practice.
The platform itself can be useful, but this experience has completely destroyed my trust. Transparency, clear checkout processes, and responsive customer support should be the minimum standard — especially in real estate services.
Until ImmoScout addresses this and improves how they handle accidental subscriptions, I cannot recommend them. Customers should be very cautious when making payments on the site.

After noticing a due balance of just around 50 euro and also a credit note of -5 euro, I told them I'm going to pay once they tell me the exact amount I need to pay, they sent it to a debt collection agency...
Is it so difficult to have a proper customer service who can answer to simple questions without messing everything?!
And I'm not talking about the quality of the customer service, their short templated answers without resolution and the chats that are closed every time you ask for help...
Are there for real a company?! Or they just try to get subscribers and send them to the debt collection agency in 2-3 days without offering any assistance or at least answering to simple questions...
