Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. They blocks comms from potential transactions, sign you up for 6 months of a service you don’t need in the first place, and will charge you CHF 20 for a reminder fee if you don’t pay. Predatory and unethical.

HUGGGEEEE SCAM

HUGGGEEEE SCAM! DONT GET PLUS MEMBERSHP!!! I cancelled months ago and they keep sending me bills. It started as a free trial, i thought i had cancelled. but then they started charging me 54chf a month. INSANE Because the service is a scam in itself. I sent my application one to an apartment and it turned out to be a scam renter as well. they have no due diligance. Now I got my 3rd 54chf bill. 160chf for nothing. I will slam this company. Absolute crooks.

Worst customer service in years

Immoscout24 has the worst customer service I have encountered in years. After confirming my tenant plus was cancelled and no further charges would be received, I continued receiving more and more invoices. They NEVER replied when contacting them through email and when they did once by phone, the lady was rude but she promised me to send me an email with the solution and they never did. Very disappointed, and worst of all, very expensive as I was counting on a solution. Honestly, I was expecting something better for a Swiss company.

Immoscout24.ch is a fraud

I activated the free trial of MieterPlus, but was charged before the 7-day period ended. I've received no response from customer service via email or phone. Please assist in cancelling the invoice No. 1750459 and confirm that my subscription is deactivated.

Not recommended. They take care about only your money, but you get nothing. And they don't care about customers, even ChatGPT could do better job then this workers who answered emails. be careful with subscriptions, they do very tricky. And there is no offers ( from April until July,I received only one Werbung) Now I need pay 7euro for one year for nothing.

I cannot give 0 ratings unfortunately

I cannot give 0 ratings unfortunately. But, sucha fraudster company . It’s so unfortunate that all these fraudulent activities are only linked to companies from Asia, Middle East or Eastern European countries, but it’s just a misconception that these first world countries would scam the people who come here to work looking for a shelter. I registered for 3 months prime subscription through a credit card, then was lured to get a schufa report for 15% discount . And bam after the report my PayPal account which I entered for schufa report was charged 4 times for schufa contract + 12 months premium subscription + 3 months premium subscription. WTF is this ??? Your faulty , buggy app / website couldn’t handle a simple transaction and loots people’s money , you are responsible to pay it back ! Stay away

Probably a scam, do not use, you'll waste time !

Has scam vibes because:
- to apply for an appartement, you HAVE to create an account (trial for 7 days)
- there is no obvious way to cancel your account, you contact them to cancel your subscription
- subscription the account is very expensive, and you pay for 3 months(or more) in advance.
- most appartements appear and are gone in a day
- no answers from the owner
- website is very similar to other scam website homegate

Scam vibes!

After this case, I seriously think immoscout24 is scamming users.

When I first tried to apply for one apartment, I had to buy a MieterPlus membership.
When I first checked, there were about 900 applications. A few hours later, I saw that the number had grown to 1.045, then to about 1.200.
Tell me why on the following day, the very same apartment was DOWN to ca. 690 applications - how do 50% of the applications disappear within less than 24hrs??? That makes no sense!

The portal also incentivises you to get a MieterPlus membership in order to apply for apartments that are listed by non-verified users. The scales are not balanced here. The system leaves users vulnerable to scamming data miners.

SCAM

To see some of the houses listed on the platform you have to create a subscription. DONT DO IT. What you will not see is that it's always for three months and you cant cancel before. So you will owe them money for three months. Then they don't simply take the money from your account but send you invoices and to me they sent them together with the "2. Mahnung". So I never had the chance to pay the first invoice. They immediatly wanted 10 CHF more. Very bad customer support because it simply doesnt exist. DONT USE THEIR SERVICE

Fraud @ immoscout24.ch

I wanted to create an ad for an apartment and save it as a draft. But there is no "SAVE AS DRAFT" feature. It just went live. Then I figured out how to take it down. No small feat. It was live for < 1 hour. Nonetheless, they charged me for it.

Then I put up an ad for renting out a room as a WG. I got 3 responses from scammers. I took it down. I tried again a few weeks later. Again, a couple of scammers replied. I took it down again. Nonetheless, they charged me for the entire time. I get regular emails from them saying I owe them money. I responded with a screenshot of the status & history of the ads. It appears they don't read any of their incoming mails. They just send the same invoice and claim it is still open.

This is fraud.
First, they charge for a service they did not perform.
Second, they charge for a service which provides total nonsense.
Third, they don't respond to input that contradicts their dogma.

DO NOT USE immoscout24!
