Excellent service as usual

Straight forward website to navigate and select a cruise. The search engine is particularly helpful and the filtering allows you to find the perfect trip.
After making a short list, I was able to get through to one of the team via telephone to discuss further - this made the experience easy, and Grace was able to answer our questions to provide reassurance and make the whole booking process simple.

Dom gave us a call, very glad I answered he was so helpful and got us the best price for our cruise.

Had the best time in the yacht club. The staff were very welcoming from embarkation and throughout the week. Massive shout out to Raj who is the head concierge. He was friendly, professional and literally ran a tight ship!! He was responsive to all the guests at all times. He was amazing! Other staff to mention are: Neeraj who was so polite and provided great service in the bar area, going above and beyond for us. Balu was super helpful again going out of his way to provide us with great service. Kimberley was always so happy and upbeat which was a breath of fresh air and finally Mevin at the sundeck bar from day one made our experience positive…always smiling and making jokes. He had time for everyone every day whilst still being super efficient. We enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked to come back in October with our daughter and son in law! Thoroughly recommend the MSC Virtuosa!

Booking my mum's 80th cruise with Katy at Iglu cruises was a breeze from start to finish. Katy was there to answer all my questions and I had quite a few.!! Wanted to make sure I got it right, from choosing the right cabins and deck that suited us all to requesting to meet our dietary requirements and Katy was there every step of the way to ensure all this was covered. Her extensive knowledge and expertise made me feel comfortable that I chose the right company to book our cruise with. We even got a great discount and only paid a low deposit as part of a promotion. Very happy with the service from Katy. Very friendly and patient. I have yet to book another cruise and Katy will be of course my next port of call!!!!
