I did find the cruise I booked on-line but wanted to talk it through with an advisor. Millie was very helpful, and a joy to talk to. All booked, thank you very much.

Jo was very knowledgeable and competent and made the whole booking experience a pleasure. At the same time she covered off my questions really efficiently all the while carrying on with my booking process.

During the booking process I said I wanted to pay for my flights as I wanted to reserve my seats. Despite this Iglu have not yet paid the airline hence I cannot reserve my seats until approximately end of October . After being passed on to three people and on hold for over an hour there was a distinct lack of interest and the phone call that was promised never materialised. My first and will be last booking with this sham of a company

We were looking to book a complicated trip to Japan with a land tour in China. Daisy was very patient as we asked many questions and priced up several options. In the end we booked back to back cruises. Throughout the process Daisy helped up with advice and was always bright and helpful, never pushing or hurrying us.

We dealt with Jaimie who was excellent throughout, polite and knowledgeable. We have used Iglu on several occasions and have always had a positive experience, the booking process is very easy. My only gripe was the wait we had before speaking to an available agent, but I guess that's a small price to pay as we prefer to deal with a human being rather than a robot!! Thank you Iglu!

Maddy was friendly and very helpful. She made the process of booking our cruise straightforward. She was very informative and suggested what cabins would be the quietest ones. This is the second time we have used iglu and both times have been straightforward and the staff have been helpful and friendly
