I am still awaiting a response.
Would seem that everything has gone to pot and getting frustrated with your system. Also I was not allowed to pay just a deposit as listed in the advert but had no choice but to pay in full. Misleading advertising. On the advertisement it states that you can get a free Explorer Drink Package when you book by 13/08, no mention of that in the booking. Another misleading advertising item.
