Friendly and Helpful
James was friendly, helpful and patient helping us source the right cruise and cabin. We shopped around for comparable quotes and although we found a better one we went back and gave James the opportunity to match it which he was able to. There was a misunderstanding around…cabin allocation
There was a misunderstanding around cabin numbers booked. Emailed customer services and requested a call back. This took a couple of days following discussion staff were going to try to fix the issue and said they would ring back the day after. Still awaiting call

Very helpful
Very friendly, patient and helpful assistance provided by Sarah. Booking through iglu is usually cheaper than going through the cruise line but more importantly, it is easier than me having to navigate the booking website, which always makes me anxious about getting something crucial, wrong.
