We booked over the phone with Vicky Connolly and she was great. She answered every question we had and gave us really useful tips as first time cruisers. In all honesty, if it hadn't of been for Vicky I doubt we would have booked through Iglu!

Katie, our contact was great whilst booking our cruise. She was very responsive, and got us a reasonable deal. The only downside is Iglu were not able to add any onboard credit to our booking because they said the cruise line stopped that offer, and the cruise line say they can’t add it, it needs to be Iglu. All our other friends who are booked on the same cruise for onboard spend included, so that was disappointing.

Easy to book and pay

Steven was very knowlegable about the destination and spent time finding best flight options and hotel stays.

Spoke with Amber the next day and she completed the booking with suitable cabins on the cruise ship. Also very helpful and patient when clarifying transfers and tour bookings.

Ease of booking and good experience! Emily explained all sorts to us as we are new to “cruising “. We had loads of questions from cabins to onboard credits, to dining and more. Emily never pressured us, but gave us plenty options, information and guidance, exactly what we needed. The entire process was simple, easy enough and straightforward ( once we understood how it works)
Looking forward to the cruise in a few weeks.
