Ever since I learned about i3D.net, they have been and still very cooperative with me in every way. i3D in my perspective is a hosting provider that will grant whatever you wish for.

For me, they have always listened to everything I asked for. When I asked for regional servers, they made it available, and when I reported issues, they fixed them as quick as possible. So definitely i3D is by far my favorite hosting provider and I will probably support them forever.

Great responses from support, very few to no issues with web hosting.

Prices are very affordable and server quality is great as well.

I'm very pleased with the latest peering with STC, but I think it need more optimizing since there is some IPs that give high ping.

Thanks for your efforts in direct link with the STC but unfortunately we are having some problems now don't know why problems are heavily into play I hope the solution thanks :)

I was new to setting up gameservers. The customer support / Live Chat helped me out quite alot and were very patient with the fact that I had very little knowledge about this stuff. This is already the 3rd time I've ordered a gameserver at i3D.net and they kept me satisfied. I haven't had any problems with lag or crashes in the past. I did had some problems with the availability of my gameserver, but it was solved within an hour.

Professional skills and amazing response speed.

If you're ever in trouble with your server, submit a ticket and these guys will resolve it in 10-30 minutes. Cannot thank them enough for the patient and fast support given to me by Perry on New Years Day when my server went down. 10/10 for customer support.

Super good service. Fast updates and good help if problems comes, or you have questions about your server. I was too late to cancel my server, when we stopped playing, but they were friendly and manually cancelled so I did not have to pay!

Good services for fair prices.

We have had several Dedicated servers at i3D.net and they always performed as they should. The network is the best i have ever seen and i have had no downtime in my 3 years of service at them.

Abysmal company. Terrible support for servers I have had and quite frankly I am surprised they are still in business. They also run the servers for a game called Rocket League which is notorious for server problems. Read reviews before you buy from these guys people, they will screw you over and there is absolutely zero support in place. Once you have paid you are ignored.
