Lovely photo frame, very happy I bought it. Prompt delivery and very well packaged

Hunter & Co. offers a solid shopping experience with excellent service, particularly noted by Tammy's exceptional support. Their customer service can be hit-or-miss, as contact attempts via phone and email for some customers went unanswered, affecting delivery timelines. Shipping to Ireland involved an unforeseen import tax, which could be clearer on their site, and a delayed response on this matter was disappointing. However, others have experienced proactive communication when encountering delivery delays, displaying H&C's commitment to resolving issues. Product quality is generally praised, although packaging could be improved. Overall, a good brand with room for refinement.

I have tried to call customer services multiple times but no answer. I have emailed as well and no reply on that either.

I bought 2 items with next day delivery option but haven’t had and delivery updates either. Ordered yesterday, need it bu tomorrow latest.

Been on the hunt for a nice unique black decorative box to hide the remotes for a while and so pleased I found one at Hunter and co. They have some very unique pieces you don’t generally find elsewhere compared to other interior websites so was very pleased to find it! Lovely quality and finish also. Thank you

Super quick delivery and well packed, ordered 2 Kara cushions and they are lovely quality in a slub cotton and nicely filled. My only observation was the colour, I’ve always thought inky blue to be more navy blue but these are definitely grey with a pale blue/grey stripe. I’m happy to keep them though but if you’re after more of a navy blue, these aren’t.

Great service contacted them via IG to discuss order they were very helpful. The only niggle was they were delivered in plastic wrapping which had torn instead of boxes..luckily the cushions were intact .. lovely colour and quality.

Great experience - I ordered two photo frames but one arrived slightly damaged. I sent an email to explain and Tammy responded to me the same evening with an apology and an offer to send out a replacement frame the next day. This one arrived in perfect condition and they both look gorgeous in our living room! Thank you :-)
