Alexander Kitchens supplied a kitchen in 2024 and I went back to obtain a quotation for a small bedroom.

From initial enquiry, competitive quotation and to installation. All undertaken by a friendly team who full met the requirements and installed perfectly.

Property left spotless after works.

I have been a customer of Alexander's for at least 15 years and they were an obvious choice when I needed a new shower room. They did not disappoint and did a very professional job and left everything clean and tidy. All of the staff were great to deal with.

From the beginning of our journey in getting our new kitchen by visiting the stunning showroom at both Horsham and Worthing this company is fantastic. Alastair our designer was patient, diligent and very professional. Our project surveyor Warren then visited us to confirm the build details and answer any concerns about our upcoming installation , he again was excellent. The master fit company coordinator Teresa is definitely a huge credit to the family business, her focus on customer service is exemplary , nothing is too much trouble. She gave us regular updates by phone ,communication and coordination of the fitters was seem less, one trade followed the other . The fitters were all brilliant, including the electrician Clive , Chris the plumber , special mention to Mark our fitter whose attention to detail is second to none , was very trustworthy, respectful of our home and reliable.
All in all a fantastic family company to do business with.

We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and very pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process. We absolutely love our new kitchen, it looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The only small downside was that the old fridge and freezer weren’t removed. It was discussed at our design meeting that everything out of our old kitchen would be taken away as we live on the top floor flat and elderly.

Our new Alexander kitchen has just been completed and we are delighted with it. At every stage, from first tentative visit to the showroom, through the design process and then the installation - every aspect has been so professionally managed and executed. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Alexander’s completed kitchen, bathroom and bedroom design and install as one project. Quality and finish of all 3 products is excellent. All staff and fitters (Masterfit) polite, friendly and professional and kept me informed throughout with each area started and finished on schedule. Project organisation and management superb requiring minimal input from me. I would highly recommend Alexander’s and would have no hesitation in using them again.

After a lot of searching over a year or so for a new bedroom we decided upon Alexander and couldn’t have been more delighted with the service and results.
Everyone we dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful even when we weren’t too sure what we needed they gave helpful advice and made sure the bedroom was exactly what we wanted. The quality of the furniture is excellent and the whole process was made easy because everyone who came worked for the company and their visits were co-ordinated so that I wasn’t constantly having to ring round to make sure everyone was available at the right time.
We are looking for a kitchen next year and we shall be going to Alexander again.

Delighted with our new bathroom and airing cupboard. We had a very helpful service from the showroom who had endless patience when we kept changing our mind! The Masterfit team were all very professional and organised. The tiler took so much care in setting out and the finished look is completed to a very high standard. Our home was well looked after too. Thank you to everyone involved.

The guys were very professional and pleasant.
They arrived when I was told they would and the co-ordination of everything was very well managed.
I had a bathroom changed to a walk in shower room and the other shower room refurbished too.
The end results speak for themselves.

I was made to feel very welcome in the showroom in Worthing and the designer seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. I have a small bathroom which was completely renovated and it looked exactly like the original design created for me. Everyone has been very helpful. All the fitters were amazing and my property was looked after from start to finish whilst the work was being undertaken. There were a couple of snagging issues which were resolved straight away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexanders for a bathroom fitting.

The showroom is very welcoming and from our first visit we knew we’d found the right place to design and fit our new kitchen. We were not disappointed - Aron’s design works perfectly for all our needs and Teresa organised the whole team to make sure the fitting went like clockwork. We are thrilled to bits with everything and every morning when I walk into my kitchen I can’t believe how perfect it is. A huge thank you to the whole team at Alexanders.

We had our bathroom designed and installed by Alexander. From the design stage with Hayley, to Teresa on customer service during the installation, to the Masterfit team installing the bathroom, everyone was first class. The design by Hayley looked fantastic and the finished bathroom by the Masterfit team brought it to life and we are extremely pleased with the end result. Can't thank Alexander Bathrooms enough for their professionalism. We had a bathroom and ensuite done at the same time and everything went seamlessly. Masterfit kept us updated every week what was happening and the workman kept everything tidy. Very pleased with the finished product.

Customer Service and quality are the keys to Alexander Kitchens providing such an excellent experience for me when I decided to change my kitchen. From the moment I walked into the showroom until the last item of my new kitchen being sorted out everything had been thought about and catered for in the most professional way.

We have used Alexander’s in a few of our houses .
And always been extremely pleased with work and quality of the job .
This work was a bigger job including walls coming down.
The workmanship and commitment from the workmen was second to none
We ended up with a beautiful Kitchen and bathroom which was done at the same time .
Unfortunately my husband ended up in hospital the whole time the work was being done .
Teresa is worth her weight in gold she organised and kept us informed of everything going on as we moved out while work was being down .
You shouldn’t worry about quality and commitment it was first class as always

From the beginning with Alexander Kitchens designer Alistair at the Horsham showroom to Teresa at Masterfit keeping us well informed of the process and the superb work of all the fitters we now have our dream kitchen.
They answered any queries or concerns we had and nothing was too much trouble.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Alexanders in Worthing, including Masterfit, have re-fitted our bathroom and built some fitted wardrobes for us.
The whole Worthing team provided excellent service.

Any problems we had, they rectified at the earliest possible time. They have done a fabulous job on both contracts.

Never used this company before, but will certainly use them again in the future.

What can I say, recently had my dining room and kitchen, knocked through to form one large kitchen diner.
From my initial enquiry to completion, it went like clockwork, bar some unforeseen setbacks, which Masterfit reacted to quickly and efficiently. As a load bearing wall had to be removed, Alexanders worked hand in hand with the Structural Engineers and Building Control.

From a empty shell, I now have a WOW factor Kitchen/Diner thanks to the whole team at Alexanders.

Note:- this is the third kitchen from Alexanders over many years.

We’re delighted with a new shower room that Alexanders have just completed. Great workmanship by everyone involved, from fitters, electricians, plasterers, tilers, not to forget the help we had at the planning stage. Easy to deal with - Teresa kept us up to date with what would be happening when and resolved a couple of small issues quickly and easily. A good aftercare service too, which is a huge bonus.

We have recently had both a kitchen and bathroom fitted. The service level of all the staff from designers to fitters is excellent, all very friendly and helpful. The filters worked cleanly without too much disruption to our lives. We are very happy with the units and the kitchen is exactly how we envisaged.
For the bathroom the fitters were again great but we did have a design issue. However, Alexander’s resolved the issue and the bathroom looks great.
Teresa at Masterfit is very helpful and efficient.
From our experience we would definitely recommend Alexander for kitchen and bathroom supply and fitting.
