Hulu, as a streaming service, is absolute garbage. I'm lucky because my phone company pays for it on my behalf, but it's essentially unwatchable and, no, it's not my internet. I have 1 gig per second... See more

Top three worst streaming services

Top three worst streaming services. Interface for navigation is terrible. Most adds for terrible quality. I can help but they don’t seem to care.

It also ruins shows for us. We try to watch a new episode and it always skips to the end. At least 8 different shows now.

Disney required me to subscribe to Hulu…

Disney required me to subscribe to Hulu to watch the Oscars. I wanted to see the Oscars, and I’m very disappointed in myself that I did so. Angry. I will be on the lookout for such maneuvering in the future. I hate that. I’ll cancel the Hulu subscription right after the Oscars, and leave a negative review to Disney as well. There are some choice words I’d use for Disney right now. It has sooo moved from inspiration and magic to the bottom line. I wish Walt could reach out from the grave and remove the current leadership, ship them back to sanitation for remedial training.

Purely false advertising

Purely false advertising. They’re “ no ads “ package is simply false advertising as there are many many very long ads. Hulu in general is terrible. So many long ads are in most of the programs with the “ no ads “ package. We cancelled after the first week. Major ripoff.

I signed up for the 19 99 plan so I…

I signed up for the 19 99 plan so I would have no ads. Lo and behold I had ads. Apparently the shows I watch on Hulu with the premium package of $9.99 that told me there would be no ads is false advertisement because the shows that I watched all had ads. So I changed it to the $12.99 plan that had ads in it cuz I'm like if I'm going to get ads I might as well pay the lower price. But they still charged me 1999 and I'm having to watch my shows with commercials or ads. The worst of it all is is if you pause the show when you come back you have to watch 2 minutes of commercials and then the show will continue where you left off. My bottom line was every time I watched the show it was pretty much an hour of commercials and like 30 minutes of a show but because every time I paused and walked away I had to watch 2 minutes of commercials not to mention the commercials that were already planned I spent most the time watching commercials. When I tried to cancel they wouldn't cancel me until the end of the month. Or maybe I should say the end of that month. So they can get their 1999

How is this a major Streaming service

How is this a major Streaming service? The interface is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life and I grew up in the 70s with an Atari gaming console. I keep trying to remove shows that I’ve watched. It won’t let me it brings them back constantly. I’ve gone to the web found out thousands of other people are just as unsatisfied with this piece of crap interface and as far as content, it’s not even organized well and the algorithm is worse than the interface

We cannot log in and use Hulu almost every day. We have followed all the instructions many times to fix the problem. It still does not solve. We are paying for a service that does not work. I am tired of trying all their fixes. We need refunds.

What is up with all the adds

What is up with all the adds. Netflix doesn’t even have this many. Every couple minutes of my show is an add. It’s like I look down at my phone until the adds are over, I look up as soon as they are over but then another 1 minute and 50 second add pops up. It’s crazy you pay for this.

unholy amount of ads

There's an unholy amount of ads for every show and movie. 6 ads for one episode!?! I know I could pay for no ads but there shouldn't be more than 1 or 2 per episode or movie. It's too bad my kids like the shows and movies cause I'll be cancelling my subscription.

Hulu is just about advertising

The buffering aspect of Hulu and the commercials are indicative of a poor viewing experience. Continually, when the advertisements interrupt the program the show gets frozen. They are too worried about advertising and can’t even supply a decent streaming service service. This is not just one instance; in fact, it has happened to me so many times that I felt compelled to leave this negative review. Hulu is horrible.

The adds Hulu has is outrageous

The adds Hulu has is outrageous, in a 20 minute episode there is four adds. Can’t even watch a short show, an add when you click on the episode is understandable but to have an add right after the intro too is absurd. Meaning there is a minute and 40 seconds starting the show before you are bombarded with another add. HORRIBLE, don’t get a subscription if you like watching 90% adds. I know Hulu doesn’t need that much money and even so TWO ADDS IS ENOUGH. Wish I could do less than a one star review cause it’s horrible.
