How can they take money for order that…

How can they take money for order that never arrived then I contacted them only to be ignored it was birthday treat now I'm angry upset that still I hear nothing from them don't recommend buying anything from them especially if ordered online I don't know who stole my parcel but it never arrived this is devistation for me never again

Interesting to see the majority of…

Interesting to see the majority of reviews on here are 1 star. Not surprised, this is an example if a company with so much money they can say sod you customer we don't really need you. Like everything disney a complete waste if money. They scammed me out of £18 which for a company this big is nothing to put right. I've spent thousands with disney but on principle will never again. No more disney holidays for me, cancelled disney plus and will never buy from disney store again. Greedy lying company who dont value their customers

Again would rate no stars if i could

Again would rate no stars if i could!

Ordered on the 28th of November and still my order hasn't arrived after apparently being sent back twice. I'm going to have one little girl very upset as she will have no presents to open on Christmas day and this is the first Christmas she understands what is actually happening. Customer service haven't helped at all or been reassuring that we will receive the parcel before Christmas - would never recommend buying from Disney again

Terrible

Never given the opportunity to change my delivery address before I paid, once I paid I was told they had a 2 day extra delay on delivery meaning eve it was the right address it wouldn’t arrive on time, Their customer service says if you cancel the order without 30 mins they refund but my online purchase had no returns option, I spent 50 mins trying to get through on the phone, no luck, and no response on their live chat or emails I’ve sent. I’m fuming and will never ever buy from them again.

Terrible customer service

First parcel went missing, then resent but some items now out of stock which I didn’t find out until it got despatched. Parcel went missing again! Took over a month and many emails to Disney to finally get a reply. No apology and finally a slow refund. Very disappointed.

Quick and very secure shipping

I was a bit hesitant to order anything online based on previous reviews but I took the chance anyways. I was pleasantly surprised to find the mug I ordered came quickly and very well secured in its package. Would order again!

Their service has got worst and worst…

Their service has got worst and worst over the last year. Previously never had an issue and excellent customer service, but the last two orders have been awful. No one is responding on their helplines or call centres, they use Everi to deliver (which is a disaster) and they wont respond. Never using the online store again.

The customer service is appalling

The customer service is appalling. Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I have raised tickets sent emails.
One response and nothing since and still not refund for good I ordered and did not receive.
Waited on a call for 20 minutes for the advisor to end the call. Called again they did it again.
Holding onto my money that I am fully entitled too.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FIND A STORE.

Disney lies again and again

Called Disney store again today for the 31st time. But as usual they say, I’ll pass on your comments and I assure you someone will call you back in 3 working days, they have been saying this now every day since March 7th, it’s now April 3rd. Why they have a helpline when none of them can do nothing EXCPET pass your info on, is buying be. Today I spoke to Ollie, who like everyone else said he assured me someone will call, with three days. I told him I don’t believe him as I’ve been told this everyday now for over three weeks. They just read a script and say, the same things…… I understand….i am sorry…..I assure you……
No doubt I’ll be calling again tomorrow, and I even sent them a recorded delivery letter which they have received and signed for, yet they haven’t even acknowledged that.
Disney have gone down in my estimation, but it doesn’t matter to Disney, once they have your money, they don’t care about their customers.

Pre Ordered Deadpool figure 8th August 2024

Pre Ordered Deadpool figure 8 August 2024 xmas gift and when it didn't arrive beginning of October I contacted them They said there had been some problems with shipping so not arrived at there wearhouse uk but reassured me it would arrive by beginning of Nov .I pointed out it's a christmas gift no PROBLEM it will definitely be here for christmas.
Beginning of November I called again Same info plus reassured me it will be here for christmas 26th November called again as hadn't received email about delivery Once again reassured me all good be sent by 30 November. 30th called as hadn't received email confirming delivery told January????.
They were taking orders for Deadpool figure limited to 2 per costumer think they said sold out in end September? But cannot confirm that . If they new they were having trouble with Shipping WHY didn't they email everyonewho Ordered and put it on there website . Because all of us who Ordered for christmas and If like me they were reassured when they called it would arrive before christmas, are now left with disappointed children. Plus not alot of time to find a alterative. Disney reply was when I complained WELL it was a pre order we do not guarantee shipping date but we can this time because of delay refund you !!!. So disney promise is worth nothing And why didn't they stop excepting orders for deadpool figure when not really knowing when it will arrive Plus reassuring customers it will be here for christmas.Then BOOM! it's not. There reply is heart less .If they were honest in October I'd have had time to seach else where but no they just kept saying it will definitely be here christmas. NOT VERY DISNEY MAGIC

Ordered some Halloween Mickey Mouse…

Ordered some Halloween Mickey Mouse toys over 12 days ago and payed for postage- after chasing been informed parcel went missing - when were they going to tell me got an email saying the items are still in stock and can deliver but as they say a week delivery time that will be too late for Halloween!
No really apologies and no response to my reply - probably have to wait another 2 days for a reply really disappointed as was for my grandson who was expecting them one very disappointed little boy 👦
