I have given 4 starts as we had some difficulties with the Swansea office at first. However, once our case was transferred to Joanna Ingles’ team at the Cardiff office, everything turned around. Joanna and Chloe were absolutely brilliant — professional, responsive, and committed to getting our sale completed smoothly. Their hard work and dedication really made the difference. A really positive experience. Gillian Gamble looked after my sister and I really well. It was many years since either of us had sold a house. Gillian clearly explained the process in language we could understand. She helped us navigate the sale from beginning to end with clear instructions, fantastic communication, speed, and a very friendly manner. Even our estate agent commented on Gillian’s efficiency, and clear communication. We can’t thank her enough for making the whole experience painless.

Purchase of flat took forever. Estate agent kept having to call them to tell them to hurry. Girl who dealt with my claim I was in school with and she spelt my name wrong in all correspondence and its even now wrong on the land registry.
Depressing when someone at that level isn't able to spell, but were in 2025.

A massive thank you to Kayleigh at Howells Legal. As a first time buyer I was nervous but she put me at ease. The first part of the process is naturally quieter but had an early unexpected email from Kayleigh that most bits that needed signing off had been done. I was super happy with the dedication and turn around time! Towards the end she was always warm and open to my calls due to issues my side, and didn't make me feel like I was being a nuisance. She was prompt in rectifying bits to get the completion date underway. She also knows her stuff and had great knowledge so trusted her fully as my solicitor.

Kirsty Hussien and her team dealt with the process of purchasing our house in Cwmbran South Wales.
Kirsty kept us up to date throughout the process and advised us as to what was needed.
Prior to this, we put an offer in on another house which we decided to pull out of. We found a suitable house that was £6k cheaper and we decided to use the same solicitors as they already knew us and we're glad we did.
As we were cash buyers, Kirsty made us aware that we could sign a disclaimer for tail end checks that were taking longer than necessary, due mainly to the seller's solicitors, who lost their marriage certificate. They needed that because the land registry requested it, as they weren't married when they purchased the house.
I would definitely recommend this professional and caring legal team to oversee your legal requirements.

Our home move was an absolute breeze! Sara Miles and her team were efficient, communicative and professional throughout. We expected a stressful time with our purchase but we agreed our offer on the 20th June and were moved in on the 22nd August.
