Don't place international order with this site
I have got product from this site before and I had no complaints. That's why I ordered again. I even left a good review for customer service. But now I realize good service is only when you are buying something. Not when you have concerns and want to return product. Mine was an international order and got a lehenga with add on customization for embroidery. They didn't do the embroidery whatsoever and the quality of the fabric is just pathetic. The fabric is stuck to each other because of glue ( they did not have the patience to let the glue dry I suppose). After they send this defective product, they expect me to bear the cost of shipping it back to them. Shipping it would cost me more than the price I paid for this low quality product. Now I am not even getting a response in chat. I am highly disappointed and would ask any international customer to be careful while placing order with this site.

Product quality and product advertised do not match and they do not take accountability
Please avoid using this site for ordering clothing. I reached out to them to clarify exactly what I was ordering/ receiving before placing my order because I noticed two different pictures in the listing the latter being much less luxury than the cover picture. They confirmed by sending me the more luxurious item picture that it was what I was going to receive. I received something knock-off and on top of that they ripped me off on the size of the saree. It wasn't even an adult size and I had such a terrible experience trying to explain to them the difference in measurements in inches and meters that the saree is missing length. They tried to offer me 5% at first for a refund off the value of the item and not my total cost. I refused because that's giving me $5 back on their faulty product and then their final offer was 15% off the item value again not taking into consideration the shipping costs and imports. I wish I could include all my receipts here and pictures because I have them all.

I bought 3 pieces from here of 2XL size, no custom tailoring as I’m generally okay. All their online measurements seemed to have fit me.
Then everything came (on time) but with all unique issues. Cloth quality and delivery is all good, but tailoring is the worst I have ever seen.
No wonder they are cheap! They are either not paying their tailors or are making no money due to constant issues. Only one item can be altered (by myself) but rest are just waste.
Customer service takes ages to respond and only offers 10% refund or self paid returns, so you lose money either way.
Either try adding the custom measurements (seems like a scam to bag more money because they have no standard measurements for each size) and hope for the best. But refund and returns are not possible. Someone take them to court please 🙏🏽
