If I could give them a ' no-star'…
I had initially given a 1-star review, and based on what I received as a product, I would not be able to change my score. However, Anshul, the representative with whom I spoke, was prompt in responding to my questions and was even willing to speak to me on the phone to resolve my issue.
So, while the product was not to my liking, I was impressed by the customer service.

Awful do not buy if you want any kind of quality.
UPDATED - I have a full WhatsApp chat history that start about 8 days ago with me having to take photos as requested by your team. After a painful conversation the outcome is as per below. Don't want to waste more of my time for another team to review to then not give me a full refund. I need to use my time to find another outfit for my event.
Team Indya nice to see such a prompt generic response. Sadly, I genuinely think its a marketing ploy. Your customer service team has been investigating for a full week and today's last message is still only shocking 30% refund on product value only. They must they it's so generous to even offer anything since you're happy to just rip people off.
Awful - ordered a customised size outfit and it arrived about two sizes too big. The workmanship is also awful with poor stitching and rips. They've basically just bunched the fabric together and stitched it together so parts of the skirt is sticking out frumpy.
Worst part is after informing them with evidence they acknowledged but won't provide refund. It's a joke. Basically cheating international customers as they know shipping is expensive. Wasted my time with their CS to offer a 10% off on product value only which only even be enough to fit one part of it. £100 wasted.
I bought two dresses with the exact same measurements the other one at least fits if fabric and stitching isn't great and not ripped.

Outfits did not look anything like the pictures! Sizes were all off (despite giving them the same measurements for all outfits they managed to get it wrong in a different way each time!?). Delivery was fine&on time but although they’re cheap I wouldn’t bother and I’d probs just spend the extra money elsewhere to ensure you’re getting something you’d actually wear. I ordered to the UK, and struggled to get back in touch to complain/ask for a refund

The shopping consultants were helpful in reaching out to clarify my queries and made several phone attempts to connect. The time difference makes it tricky to connect but we did manage on one occasion.
I would like to see lengths of kurtas/ sleeves/ lehengas be mentioned in standard sizes for ease of ordering. If there is work on the bottom hem, alteration is not possible.
