I bought 3 pieces from here of 2XL size, no custom tailoring as I’m generally okay. All their online measurements seemed to have fit me.
Then everything came (on time) but with all unique issues. Cloth quality and delivery is all good, but tailoring is the worst I have ever seen.
No wonder they are cheap! They are either not paying their tailors or are making no money due to constant issues. Only one item can be altered (by myself) but rest are just waste.
Customer service takes ages to respond and only offers 10% refund or self paid returns, so you lose money either way.
Either try adding the custom measurements (seems like a scam to bag more money because they have no standard measurements for each size) and hope for the best. But refund and returns are not possible. Someone take them to court please 🙏🏽

attractive collection and acceptable prices. very large collection and nice that you have many different categories.

Everything was great until the colour on the description was said to be pink but it came out purple & they are only willing to give a 5% refund.

custom fees added at the end was not right, you should have it clear first.

Lots of lehenga options and easy check out process. Just fyi - there is a tariff/customs charge at the very end before purchasing.

Shopping on house of indya was delightful. So many beautiful garments to choose from. I’m excited and can’t wait to wear them. I’m so happy I found this website. I’m sure I will definitely shop here again.

I’ve ordered Lehenga for garba.shipping was prompt. But the quality of the material is horrible and cheap. It looks completely different from the pictures. I would never shop again at Indya.

The dresses are just how they look on the pictures.
Any questions asked through whatsapp are propeely answered. Also guidance through size tables was done perfectly by Sanyogita.
I would recommend that Houseof indya doesnt send so many emails saing that your packet is being prepared. Only email when it is shipped.
Overall we have a good experience.

The quality of workmanship the materials used. All embroidery and embellishment have been great. Nice selection of outfits and the recent pricing without taxes shipping has made it easy to want to purchase more

I strongly advise against buying from House of Indya. My experience has been extremely disappointing and feels deceptive from start to finish.

The product I received looked completely different from what was advertised on their website. The photos and marketing create expectations that the actual product simply doesn't meet. The fabric quality is poor, the stitching and finish feel cheap, and the overall product is nowhere near worth the price.

What's even more frustrating is their misleading return policy. They market products as returnable, but then burden customers with return shipping costs that aren't made clear upfront, making the process expensive and unfair.

Their customer service is equally terrible. Every interaction felt scripted, with agents repeatedly giving the same three rehearsed responses insisting that they delivered the correct product, regardless of the actual issue. There was no genuine attempt to understand or resolve the complaint.

The combination of misleading product listings, poor-quality materials, hidden return costs, and unhelpful customer support makes this one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I would strongly recommend that others avoid buying from House of Indya and shop elsewhere.

The quality of the garments are very good and also at soo reasonable prices. Highly recommend to order the garments from this Brand.

It was such an amazing shopping experience! I enjoyed browsing the beautiful new designs and found exactly what I was looking for. The website was easy to navigate, and making a purchase was quick and hassle free. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware. The description provided on the website does not match the product received. The website offers customisation and offered shortening and lengthening of lehengas. It specifically says they only use extra lace or fabric to lengthen beyond 40 inches. To shorten they don’t say they will add fabric. When I received my skirt at 38 inches they added a frill of lace to the bottom. They also spoiled the top of the skirt by a very poorly done adjustment. They didn’t reach out once to clarify with me despite using whatapp. Customer service only offered me a 5% refund in this completely unwearable lehenga which was a complete waste of my money. They wouldn’t even pay for shipping to return this. I had issues with other items in my order as well. What a waste. Poorly run business. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them.

This is my first time shopping from this company. I can tell you more once I get the product delivered.
