Happy with the pens but…
Happy with the pens. The delivery and communication was not good though - I had to check through to the tracking to see when they might arrive and then to find out that they had been delivered to a neighbour. No email/message/note through the door - nothing.
*Edit: as demonstrated here with this response to my review, communication from Hotline itself (delivery excepted) was really good. Hopefully the courier used can up their standards. Many thanks for your reply, John!
