Great experience buying a property in Bury St Edmonds Abbots Vale from Rachel, who was very helpful and not at all pushy.

The process was very easy (although) it could do with being less manual and more computerised.

All in all though a very good transaction.

We’re buying a property at The Elms, Woolpit through Sales Executive Jason Hutton, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. From our initial enquiry and viewing right through to ongoing correspondence, Jason has been consistently reliable, prompt in his replies, and exceptionally courteous. His considerate and pressure-free approach, combined with a thorough knowledge of the development, has made the whole process smooth and stress-free. At a time when good customer service is increasingly rare, Jason’s professionalism and genuine care have been a refreshing change.

Delighted to be moving into our new house in a few weeks. Hopkins homes came out top for us over many other builders and developments. Fantastic houses and a great layout. The icing on the cake is the friendliness, knowledge and professionalism shown by all the staff - site managers and sales staff. Jason was extremely helpful during the process of purchasing my first home. He kept me up to date with the progress of my home & was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way. Even after I after moved in, Jason continues to help & be available should I need it.

Rachel was exceptional from the very first moment my wife and me met. An understanding of our requirements when looking to purchase a new property. She was very professional in her approach but also empathetic to our requirements in our property. She explained to us in a sensible and easy way the Hopkins Homes approach to buying property. Having bought new homes on several previous occasions where we often had to return for explanation of terms and conditions certainly not the case with Rachel .
